I haven't seen 9st5 on the scales for ages, I'm delighted! Going to have a feast day today and enjoy everything I eat!

Start date Jan 14th - weight 14 stone.
waist - 44 inches
Official weigh in day March - weight 13 stone 11 lbs
waist - 38 inches

TOTAL LOSS TO DATE - 3 lbs ..... WAIST LOSS - 6 inches

FEEL GOOD FACTOR 99 %...........woopwoop ! IT WILL HAPPEN !!
Weight and/or waist size on 2nd March 73.5KG, 35" (but I think is spurious as I have no real waist !)

No weight loss, and I think no change in measurements, as my clothes feel the same

I've started to lose weight at last :D I'm not sure where it is going from, not my waist. My weekly weigh in day is Monday, so I may go up a bit by then- it is the weekend :lol:

Waist - lost 1 cm in a month (have a variation of about 10 cm so hard to measure, much thinner tho!)
OMG really blown away by these stats......fantastic.
So encouraging seeing people who have struggled for so long with weight issues finding something that finally works, and just think how much healthier we are all becoming.
I'm weighing in tomorrow. I'll have to burrow into my wardrobe to find the scales!
