Thank you. No I just changed my data from metric, and made a mistake in the calculations.
Off to fix it now. I don't want to mess up the data.
Start 8th Feb weight 12st 9lb waist 38.5in
3rd March weight 12st .2.5lb waist 38.5in :P
01/02/2013 weight 11 stone 11 lbs
O2/03/2013 weight 11 stone 7lbs a loss of 4 lbs and a loss of 11 cm (4.5 inches) from my waist whoop whoop :D

Feel much more lively and alert. Clothes starting to fit less snugly. Tongue much cleaner. Have to pay a little attention to toning up the lax tummy muscles now as I'd feel better without an "apron" attached as a permanent fixture!

Progress so far. We always weigh on a Sunday - sorry I couldn't post yesterday. Fasting on Mondays & Thursday - usually.

27/01/13. 12st 2¼lb - Start Weight. Waist: 39"
03/02/13. 11st 11lb
03/03/13. 11st 5½lb Waist: 37"

Loss to date: 10.75 lb in five weeks. I am 5' 7". Aged 64 next week.


Husband's record: No waist measurement but trousers already fit better!

27/01/13. 15st 4lb - Start Weight
03/02/13. 14st 13½lb
03/03/13. 14st 7½lb

Loss to date: 10.5 lb in five weeks. He is 6' 4". Aged 65 next week.
Weight 2 March: 9st 12 = 138 lbs
2 Feb: 10st 4 = 145 lbs

Loss: 6 lbs
Weight at start Jan 8th 14st 2lb
Weight at March 2nd 13st 4lb
Whoops! I'm going to be the odd one out here as I've put on! This is because I was on holiday for a week, and also had a few extra days off 5:2. (I had lost 4lb!!)
Start weight 8 Feb = 10st 10lb
Weight 1st March = 10st 12lb
I've just had 2 fasts, so hoping to be back on track by next Friday :-)
Weigh in has now ended. I'll try to work out some stats tomorrow.
