Hello, I'm new to the forum and have been doing 5:2 for two, nearly three weeks now. I hope it's ok for me to join this, writing my weight down, even anonymously will keep me motivated :)

I have lost 2kg since beginning the plan (I was previously calorie counting and though lost a stone found it miserable and hard).

So minus my 2kg loss my current weight is - 76kg.

Don't know what happened there but maybe fluid retention or something b/ c it is TOTM. I just tried on a skirt that didn't fit last month and it fits today *shrug*. Overall I am not worried b/c my waist is <50% of my height.
June Weight 69.7
July Weight 67.4
Loss 2.3kg

June waist 83.5
July waist 80
Loss 3.5cm

So very pleased with this month. Liquid fasting (5:2) and NEAT are working really well for me
Here's my success!
Today weight now (133 lbs). or 60.33 kg

June 3rd (137.6 lbs) or 62.41 kg

Loss of (4.6 lbs) 2.12 kg in June-July

Loss of 1/2" from waist ( 30 to 29.5")

Note: I wish I had measured waist at belly button level when I started out.
I did measure at belly button from May 4th when it was 40", and today is 37" but have not recorded it on the tracker. Upper waist reading is going down but harder to measure through the folds of skin !!!!

I am so chuffed with this success.
( Can't get the formula to do anything so used a calculator).
June Weight 61.1
July Weight 60.2
Loss 0.9kg

June waist 74
July waist 73
Loss 1cm

I will soon reach my goal! Yay! 24hr fast and no starchy carbs on fasting day works really well for me :) That what I was doing for the last two weeks, before that a plateau - grrr!
