Yup, still averaging around 1lb per week despite a small increase this last week due (probably) to the chinese meal effect  which brought it down a bit below the 1lb mark. This seems to be the new rate of loss...I started out losing around 2lb per week but in the last few months this has, unsurprisingly, decreased to about 1lb. I guess the nearer I get to target the slower it will come off. Still, it took me around 15 years to put it all on so I should expect it to take a long time!
