This is better than I had expected due to birthday/wedding anniversary celebrations and overindulgence at the end of June!
April 13 starting stats: 67.6 kg, waist 76 cm
June 1: 64 kg, 73 cm
July 5: 63 kg, 71 cm

Loss from June weigh-in: 1kg and 0.5 cm
Total loss (in 13 weeks) 4.5 kg and 5 cm

Very happy - under 10st for the first time in years!

Doing basic 5:2, no structured exercise but increase NEAT.

Very happy with way things are going, scheduled to reach target in October

Total of 23 and a quarter pounds since start date on 27/01/13 (23 weeks). I lost three inches off my waist very early on and since then no change, although I have visibly reduced in other areas. I may have to think about some exercise!

I think I've finally lost the babyweight.... from 1998!!
Very happy with this WOE. Now to tackle the exercise.

Progress tracker is down as I type this so I'm not sure on the May 31st waist...

Not sure why I am heading in the wrong direction but the last couple of weeks I have gained about 1.5kg so need to reexamine my eating habits on non-fast days as the fast days have been going well.

Started 14 Apr 13: 76.6kg, waist 82cm :frown:

1 Jun 13: 70.8kg, waist 77cm

4 Jul 13: 68.8kg, waist 73cm :smile:

Lost 2kg in last month, loss of 7.8kg and 9cm off waist in 12 weeks since starting.

Very happy on 5:2 but about to start 6:1 during next month while travelling... :neutral:

Started end September 2012 at 88.9kg (didn't believe I was this weight but did try 2 lots of scales!). I think my new scales err on the side of flattery but I have lost quite a bit even so.

Waist 2 June: 84cm
Waist 7 July: 83cm

Don't know starting waist measurement but it took ages to move. Would like to move to maintenance but want to get this measure down.

Broke the 160 barrier for good this week!

Total loss since 28 Jan 13: weight 9.67kg (21lbs), waist 14cm (5.5")

I'm now at my target weight of ~8st 4 (116lbs) and about to embark on maintainence. Very pleased with my steady rate of loss this month.
Weight 75kg. Waist 72.5cm.

No change yet again. :cry: Thats no weight loss now since April. Waist also unchanged. I do seem to have lost off my legs and arms but its not showing on the scales so I'm baffled and fed up. :confused:
Not a good month, had hit a plateau ....

2 lbs lost since last month's weigh in, waist measurement unchanged.

Last couple of weeks have only done 6:1 due to other commitments and this week weight was actually up by 1 lb. Still happy with overall progress. Start back on 5:2 regime again tomorrow .... ! :wink:
