#8 103lbs which is a little below my maintenance range of 105-110lbs but I refuse to consider that a last gasp fail :) I'm doing some new physiotherapy exercises and I suspect it's having an influence on my fluid shifts and that accounts for the drop ...

#8 105.8lbs which is within the maintenance range of 105-110lbs, so

107.0lbs which is within the maintenance range of 105-110lbs so  Watchful waiting it is :) Like most people, I'm happiest when I see particular sequences and I prefer to see at least 3 105.x - 106.x lbs in a week but that hasn't happened since ...

Horrible month which isn't really reflected in the figures as far too much of it was spent on the high end of the maintenance range :)

Entry weight 1st February 107.4lbs
Exit weight 28th February 107.2lbs

Max 109.6lbs
Min 105.8lbs

Waist range was 23.25-24.75inches.

#8 I'm 107.0lbs which is in the mid-zone of my preferred maintenance range of 105-110lbs and therefore better than it has been recently. I had a horrible run of nearly 2 weeks in which I was near the top of my range for no obviously good reason (I wasn't ...

#8 I'm 109.0lbs which is at the high end of my preferred maintenance range of 105-110lbs and therefore it behoves me to feel wary rather than  It's in my range but I mentioned last time that I have an upwards trend that bears watching tho' this has happened ...

#8 I'm 105.8lbs today which is comfortably within my maintenance range of 105-110lbs, so . tbh, I didn't think I'd have a 105.x lbs weigh-in today. I'm having a fair amount of trouble with my joints and back so at the beginning ...

I stayed in the lower parts of my 105-110lbs range which is . That said, over the last 7 days, I'm showing an uptick in my trend - that happens sometimes and may be related to joint swelling etc. but I shall keep an eye on it.

106.8lbs which is  and within my range of 105-110lbs tho' my trend is moving up a little. However, I'm not sure if that's swelling related to repeated subluxations of knees and shoulders, so...
