I am trying but it won't let me fill anything in so I am going to have to let one our kids help us when they come over. We are not computer savvy :(. Update: Thanks to PhilT I just did both of ours today ! Thanks everybody :like:
If your web browser opens the file in view mode it's better to download it by right clicking and doing a "Save link as..." or whatever the equivalent is in your software, then open the file from where it downloaded to in order to edit it.

If you're stuck send an email to the address and we'll email you a file back.

Well ... I suppose a few of us are a bit ... different.

What if after re-thinking some of answers, we want to change something?

For instance the less than 10 cal question, I put none for 20-24 hours but then as I was fasting yesterday and put some non-fat milk in my coffee, I realized that should have been counted as having 10 or more cals so in that case, I go only 12 hours without cals.
I think the Q.27 about 10 calories means really '10 calories in one go' because the idea is that more than 10 calories will 'break the fast'. I think several cups of tea or coffee with milk in, even if they came to more than 10 calories in total, would still be okay (unless you drank them in rapid succession, of course!)

Non-fat milk in coffee won't be more than 10 calories in one go for sure...
Mine has been sent. Hope I passed the test! Good luck with sorting all the replies out!
if you really want to change something send in an email from the same address as the original and describe the correction in the body of the email (no attachment please)

as we anonymise them I can't guarantee I'll locate your data but there's a fairly good chance I will.
Just catching up with this group and will fill in the questionnaire. I will also tell those on the Facebook group about it, as I think there are quite a few long term and big losers who may not also be on this forum yet, who would have useful data for you.
Just sent mine. Should be interesting.

My only additional comment is that my last month is not necessarily representative as I am now nearly at my target and my loss is slowing down - only .0475 average over the last 4 weeks, as opposed to my stats on here which show a mean average of 0.686kg lost per week, so the first 3 months were quite a bit higher, and I had already lost 1.2 kg before starting 5:2, so my initial drop was not included in that average.
Re Facebook group: Ooh yes please do post on there...I should have thought of that myself! Which group are you in? I'm in three...plus do you think it would be worth posting in the official fast diet website? I am a member but have forgotten my log in details! Perhaps someone could post there for me?

Belinda, Don't worry about the last month's data...I'm currently looking at overall speed of loss so your average should still be higher than many.
Hi Caroline, I think I'm on 3 as well, but I spend most time on the 5:2 Intermittent Fasting group where I am now an admin, plus sometimes on Kate Harrison's. I am not an addict! Am I ?
If you're an addict, so am I ;-)!
