Even if they say 'no', I reckon we can try to hit 6lb by 21st June @Patchworkperson !
Have been trying to undo the damage of a week off 5:2......

Did not go running at all last week, but have tried to walk lots over the last 7 days. A couple of days ago, after doing 4:3, I had dropped to 12st 7.8lbs - which I was thrilled with. Not so today, my official weigh-in day.....grrrr!

Those fickle scales have settled on 12st 9.4lbs....& sadly, I have to accept that (having moved them around the bathroom floor just to check!). Obviously, am moving in the right direction, but who wouldn't want to get there sooner??

If I'm totally honest though, there have been a few unscheduled indulgences this last week, which probably haven't helped the cause.............really rather too many to expect to get away with, in truth!!

Hey ho.....on we go! But not fasting today....as am off for a cream tea - that's the beauty of this WOL........hurrah!

Good luck everyone xxx

Don't fret @PennyForthem Will get back to you in time consider yourselves enrolled as no one is ever refused.
Our Penny is not as young as she once was. Lol

PS I'll record my pist holiday weight on Fri honest Penny
I hear you @Hazelnut20. I am stuck at the starting line with the same weight as April 21 when I signed up. :curse: I guess I should be grateful for no gain - NOT! I am not ready for maintenance yet. Actually my goal weight is " a stone's throw" away (about 14 pounds  )

I am doing my fasts and not going crazy on non-fast days. Oh well, onward. I am doing 4:3 this week to see if things will start to move.
33 days to lose 5 pounds  Hope I can do it.
Good luck all :clover:  :clover:
Number 41 checking in. The last time was 9th May and since then I have lost 3.25 lbs! I have been even lower but that is what the scales were this morning! Perhaps I shouldn't weigh myself on a Monday morning after a good weekend!
HJ
@Effie and @Patchworkperson- you girls made me laugh. I wanted to say what Sue.Q said, but it's my first challenge , too.
No36 checking in. No weight loss this week, grrrrr. @Hazelnut20, that was me too, moving the scales around the bathroom! I was up last week too. Flip it, I only have 8lbs left to go and I seem to be getting further from it every week. Mind you, we had a big family event, but I was fairly good. On average I was below my tdee this week, with 2 days a bit over. I wonder if I am in a plateau.
a few more 69 something readings. so the purple line is going down. And apart from a tiny tummy feeling so much thinner though havent yet got out the measuring tape for last 4 months. must do that soon.

Libra trend weight at 69.9. so feeling fine.

anyone know how to make that a 2 decimal number on Libra app?

138- I am very excited, 'cause it felt like I was stuck in the 140's for so long. You know-where you lose the same 2-3 lbs over and over.
awesome piper!!
I just realized we are supposed to check in on the challenge, so here I am.

I am down about a pound (on non-fasting days) from where I started, which is excellent, as there was a full vacation week in this period. I did 4:3 on the weeks around it, but vacation still slowed the weight loss.

We are doing a beach week in June which will be a further challenge, but I am wearing bras and shirts I hadn't dared wear last summer so I am highly motivated not to go off the rails.

I also learned, belatedly, that it is far easier for me to fast when I don't eat anything until dinner.

Amazing to think I have made it to almost three months on a diet and am seeing my goal weight after fast days! I'm gearing up for a new goal if I can get to goal after 2 non-fasting days.
Number 16 checking in. One pound down!
I'm now 10 stone 8 pounds.
My waist has crept up though, and I'd really like to be below the 50% weight:height ratio again... So this is my additional solstice target, as I do not expect to get to the weight one of 10 stone 2 pounds in the next four weeks!
Hi @Annurca. I bet you are already at waist less than 50% given your normal BMI.
@carorees posted about where to measure your waist and it is about halfway between your navel and bottom of your ribs. I am hopeless in putting links in posts so if you click on Resources and Links, the post is on the first page.
My waist measurement wasn't moving despite losing 20 pounds. I lost 2 inches (and went to less than 50%) instantly when I followed her instructions.
Hi @Judithn. Thank you for thinking of that, but no, sadly that is where I measure myself! I'm a definite apple with slim legs. I'm technically a size 14 waist with size 10 hips!
Somebody, (Carorees?) reached her 50% at BMI 27, and I can only look on in envy!
However, I did it once, and aim to get there again, I'm only about half an inch off. It can be done!
