5 weeks in, I've been fasting Mon & Wed, going ok but last Wed was really hard, felt like too soon after Monday. So this week I'm going to try Monday - which was fine- and Friday. Does anyone else have a view about the gap between fast days?

Yes, I do prefer to have 2 or 3 days between fasts. I notice that my appetite gradually increases the longer I go without fasting so by spreading them out I keep it under control! I do think that having one day between fasts can make the second one harder, but not always. Who know why some are hard and others not!
I am 5ft 3 and aiming for the middle of my BMI range- so 8st6lbs. I am currently 8st 11lbs- not a lot to lose, but when you are short a few pounds makes a big difference and I currently cannot breathe when I put on my jeans!
