Salted Caramel, still not as nice as salted peanut ice cream, the Ben and Jerry's one isn't salted so doesn't quite hit the spot. BUT, this weekend is our local food festival, I have my fingers crossed that our salted peanut supplier is there so i can buy a tub.

Oh what?! I just spent ages writing it out. I went into UserControl Panel, Board Preferences, Edit Posting Defaults, Notify me upon replies by default (turn that to no)

The other way seems easier though

When i am tagged, i dont get a message at the top of the page to tell me..
BUT now i get an email every time there's something new in a topic ive written on..
Now i know i'm a silly billy but ive no memory of asking for this x

I don't know why your settings have changed, but you need to go to the user control panel (link under the welcome message above), then to the board preferences tab, then to edit posting defaults, change the option to be notified on replies by default to off.

If you want to change your subscriptions on or off to any particular topic, when you write a new post, look below the preview/submit buttons and change the "notify me when a reply is posted" setting before submitting your post.

I've just noticed that some clever little elf (maybe @fast_paul? or @Moogie?) has added a couple of options to the forum menu on the left hand side: subscribe to topic and bookmark topic. This means you don't have to write a post to be able to subscribe or go to the user control panel! Thank you to whoever sorted this out!

I've just had a quick flash/view of a black box down the left hand side that I've not seen before, alas gone now probably make another entrance again soon,

@Sue.Q still no sign of the AWOL gel insole has it run away to join the circus?
Got my beady eye on 99p pair of Hotter shoes on ebay...theyre not new but they look very new,havent been worn outdoors...' Course that 99p can escalate to several pounds by auction time..
There's also a nice pair but theyre - pale blue!Not a good look on my big plates of meat...
Also a raspberry colour pair..might just get away with that colour xx

No @Sue.Qi just can't reconcile myself to pale blue shoes..not even Blue Suede Shoes ..and my stilettoes have been hung up forever..the dizzy days of platforms and high heels are done..even wedges seem skyscraperingly high now!
Yes you're right,comfort is EVERYTHING and the only thing that keeps me wobbling along dragging my big bum after me is wearing something flattish with plenty of wiggle room in the toes and nice padding inside. Will soon be shufflin round in check slippers i fear!
