Welcome Tracie. Judith I hope you can join us. As you can all see I'm doing lots of activity... Over 2 hours a day of very active minutes and most days over 22k steps. Although this weekend I've been doing even more; on Friday over 26k, Yesterday close to 28k and today probably over 27k as well, as I did a massive workout in the gym and soon my hubby and I are going to walk to the train station ( 2 miles) and then in the city we plan to walk from grand central terminal to the East village (2 miles) where we are meeting with relatives to have dinner. Our son will join us for the walk in te city too. My hubby is at last convinced to get a fitbit too but he is waiting for the Force. I hope he won't change his mind. As I said before the great thing is that I can eat much more now and one day of 1000 cals is enough for maintaining so I guess you can call it 6:1/2

I've tried my fitbit In my bra today. It's great. I work in an operating theatre so can't wear it on my wrist. I used to put it in my pocket and am paranoid I would throw it out with my uniform. Also I did a long walk yesterday with it in my pocket at home. I nearly turned around when I realised. From now on it will be tucked close to my heart❤
I've Had some very low steps days the last two weeks. Finally had a good day today so I hope to get back on track.
Welcome Tracie and Judith you and your Up are absolutely welcome to join in our chats. I like the idea of a little buzz to remind me I've been idle too long...very cool feature.
Convert, I think you'll find the bra works great. I switch it to my sleep top as well.

Did over 35k steps today and just earned a badge I'm exhausted going to sleep
I can't find the 5:2 forum group on fitbit, but feel I need this group in my life.
fitbit profile: Alex in the Australia group for anyone in Australia.

Funny how my skating adds to my active score, but not to my steps!
What is the difference between the Active Score and Activity Level? Haven't been able to figure it out.

Oh oh can I join here - I am a total nut for my fitty - have a flex
Yippee! I've finally found Fitbit's sleep wristband that has been missing since I was on holiday a month ago.
And of course I remembered putting it carefully where I found it...once I'd found it. How does that happen?

LOL Annurca - I do that all the time with all sorts of things!
Hi everyone. I feel like I've been awol for a long time and am just starting to catch up now. We got back from Thailand last night after an amazing holiday. I managed to do some steps whilst away but not nearly as much as normal and I ate a lot more than usual as the food was so yummy.
It's weigh in day tomorrow and I know I will have put on some, so I'm determined to do at least two fasts this week to make up and also to stay on target with my steps.
Welcome to all the new members. It's great to see so many new ones
Please talk me out of wanting the force! I have already upgraded once from a zip to a one. Do I really need to upgrade?

So fun to find a FitBit group on this Forum. I have been using a Fitbit one for almost a year now. I have all my sisters and Mom using a Fitbit now too. It's a great tool to keep the steps on track.
Come and join us Rana send me or anyone else on the chat a pm with your email and you can be part of this very lovely and active group.
I've had a very "steppy" two days. I went out for my run yesterday and as the weather was good I decided to just keep going and see how far I could run, much to the bemusement of the staff in the butcher I passed them 3 times in all and ran 10k (who knew I could do that?). Then today OH and I joined what was meant to be a group organised by my son's school Parents Association, and it was just us and the organiser. We did another 10k walking over a lot of much rougher terrain and ploughed fields, very wet and muddy. But has got me back into the Group Top 10 again.
Umleigh - glad to hear you had a great holiday!
I decided against the force because you cannot change the wristband. Ever. And my mom has a flex and the wristband is already showing some wear at only a few months age. Also, it's not water resistant, so no showering with it and you should reconsider doing the dishes with it one So I bought a One.
