A long journey, hope the weather is good. It should improve the further south you go. I am in Northern France amongst the dairy farmers, no vineyards here but loads just over the border in the Loire! Have a great holiday.

I wonder if just skipping a meal would do it. I mean 2 meals, 1000 cals, should be doable. A sort of middle maintenance, Auriga? Your BMI suggests u must be close to maintenance.
GMH ,I am trying 16/8
Which means I skip breakfast, have a light lunch, maybe a small snack before dinner wh ends at 8
Trying to stop eating by 8
Seems to be working, very doable and feel as though i am losing.will weigh on Tuesday
Like you I have a history of dieting so it seems to be harder for me to lose weight,I did 5/2 and 16:8 last year but then regained all I lost.
I am at the low end of my bmi but feel much better ,healthier being lower.its not about what I look like,it's how I feel so doing this for health reasons too as have family history of diabetes ,obesity and heart disease.

I am in maintenance but find I am doing 4:3 to stay in the 56k zone. I ideally would like a bit more wiggle room, but I am giving my little old body a rest for a few weeks. I suppose it's not 4:3 in the proper sense at the moment as it's more like three days of about 1000 cals and indulging on the other four!

Definetly! Spurs me on to another week!
Really well done @bobshouse, I think we've both found our groove. I lost 2lbs this week. Here's to another great week next week . Enjoy your weekend hun (but not too much, we don't want to go undoing our great work). See you in the office (fasting today thread) on Monday
Thanks, actually looking forward to it!
Doing 16:8 today, a feed day to mix things up further! Think I have found how to control my weight. Watch this space!
Where are all the 4:3 gang? Like the Marie Celeste here today! Weather awful but happy watching grand prix, then OH has two footie matches in a row!
