Maybe I'll have a go. I could stick it in my Vitamix blender. You don't get much more blended than that

Morning ADFers,
Well this morning my post fast weight was the heaviest so far  . That has given me more motivation to keep going, so second fast day today and another oh so yummy weight watchers meal later on. I can only imagine that my body has held on to some water after a salty cuppa soup yesterday and it is just generally rebelling against me. How dare it?!

Onwards, and hopefully downwards! Dreaming of next week's sticky pecan bun and quality coffee!!

I'm really struggling these days. After reaching goal right before Xmas, I gained a bit over the holiday while in the US (I didn't fast at all). I got right back to fasting, usually 4:3, after returning home, but I still haven't gotten back to goal. I'm going to try ADF for a few weeks and see if that does the trick.

I have been using MFP to track calories. I'm definitely going over TDEE on some non-fast days. I need to work on that…

Sydney is no good, Melbourne I can do!!! Actually I ordered a lovely angora cardigan and undies from M&S before Xmas as they were offering free delivery to Aus. Very nice, and so much cheaper! We can order from Debenhams etc. too, just not fuller for longer meals!

Some inspiration for you Debs - this was posted on a private facebook group I am in.

"Ok, after reading about this 3-day in a row fast Monday, I am on my 3rd day today. I weighed myself this morning and have lost 1.6kg since Monday morning"

Stick in there chicky! You can do it!

MaryAnn, good luck! I'm loving not having to worry about TDEE on feast days!

Debs, you CAN and you WILL do this. We've got faith.

I'm fasting today and actually looking forward to it. It really is no drama when it's so regular.

Weight is up a little since last fast day, but since supper was home made caprese bread at 10pm, not surprising!

Ah thank you from the human guinea pig!!!

Today went ok as I was out and about getting carted across a swollen river in the mouth of a loader!!! Made a bit of a change!

Anyway, if I can get through today I think tomorrow will be no problem!

Hello All

I thougt I would update you on the start of my ADF week. I normally fast Wednesday and Sunday on 5:2, with a weekly weigh in on a Monday morning.

233lbs - Start weight on Sunday morning FAST day (eek, much higher than last Mondays weigh in, must be eating out three times in the week )

231.2lbs - weight on Monday morning (.6lb increase on last weeks weigh in - as I said must have been all thse Thai meals!)

231.8lbs - weight on Tuesday morning, FAST day (am shamefaced to say I had another Thai meal out last night too! )

230.4lbs - weight on Wednesday morning

So far so good - I am deserate to break through into the 220's and be close to where I was before I started slacking off from October through to January.

Debs - good luck, you are my ADF inspiration! :like:

Me? So much pressure from my fans
It should be you judging by your ever decreasing weight!! You can't have too many thai meals in my book! I have a miserable, tiny weight watchers thai green curry for my dinner tonight!!
Fingers crossed for you!

Ach... router died just as I was posting this and only half the message appeared..here's the rest!

You paint quite a picture there Debs! Reminds me of the time we went picking apples, perched in the bucket of a JCB! Not quite the same as a swollen river, but an experience not to be repeated!

I'm UP half a pound today, which is a tad worrying. Not a fast day today either, as I'm going out for lunch!

Great start BG :like:

Just had what is becoming my regular fast day snack/lunch: M&S Guilt Free sour cream and chilli lentil curls  They are so spicy and crunchy that I really feel like I've eaten something worthwhile. 90cals a bag :like:

How are we all doing today?

I'm fasting. Had my first slip; one of my girls left half a slice of caprese bread this afternoon, and I was so hungry at that point that I just ate it and thought 'WTH' How silly? I mean, the rest of the loaf has been within reach all day and I haven't touched it! It was just THERE. At least it was home made and delicious  nothing worse diet wise than eating something and not really enjoying enjoying it.

WARNING: TOO MUCH INFORMATION!

One more fast before my big birthday, and I am hoping my present will be to slip under 12 stone.

Great use of the TMI Tag Winesome... Ekk why did I open that haha

Well yesterday I broke below 87 with a weigh in of 86.9kg for some reason that felt like a milestone haha

I had a meeting with my boss yesterday (which went so amazing but that's another story) but they always start a meeting by going out to lunch to this amazing bar. Lucky it was a feast day cause the massive plate of pork ribs I had were beautiful!

Then I got home to some massive chicken drumsticks cooked by wonderful wife. so some big eating yesterday and still only an increase of 600grams. This diet is amazing!

Today I am not in the mood for fasting but hopefully the day will go fast (no pun intended)

(now about that work meeting! I got a huge promotion! Like massive! I cant believe it, in 3 years I have gone from applying for a part time job at a subway restaurant because "times were tough" to now being given the role of Profitability Manager. My role will be to asses the bottom preforming stores in the country and working closely with them to turn them around and making them profitable! Talk about a daunting task but wow what an opportunity!)
