Well Tim, since you were the person who introduced TMI tags into this tent, you of all people should know opening one is risky

Now, about that promotion - WOOHOO! :like: :like: Well done, and congratulations! It sounds like you have hard work but exciting times ahead

Not sure yet, still working out the details - it may mean less nights away per month but further distance to travel on some single days.

Well done Tim! It seems this new Way of Life has brought extra benefits too. I think its going to be a great year for you!

Yesterday was my first fast day after my "fiasco" and I'm happy to report that I am now back on track. Never again will I eat at lunchtime. It just doesn't suit me. The only problem I have this week is that, due to family special occasions, I now won't be able to fast again until Monday. But at least then I'll be permanently back on ADF. I just hope I don't gain too much before then...its just so depressing isn't it!

Anyway, Happy Fast Day to those of you fasting today and Happy Feast Day to those of you, er, well...feasting! Enjoy

Thanks @Debs I'm glad I've got your blessing. I feel better now!

What?!! Not your cup of tea. This picture is the moment I fell in love with Jack Nicholson. I've been a fan ever since!

I keep having to remind myself that just because ADF is, for me, easier than 5:2, that doesn't mean it's going to work faster!

Just off out for coffee and cake, then a run later. I hate exercise in the middle of the day, but it's the only time available today as I had an appt earlier.

That's certainly true winsome, especially for those of us who have transferred from 5:2. Given the additional calorie deficit though, it has to work eventually!

Oh @Winsome I think the weight will come flying off you with all this exercise! Well done
