Hi there beanie! Yep, busy keep the pangs at bay, always out and about, rushing around organising people, too busy to eat! It works for me! I am a lot worse when I have time to kill and think about food.
Creme egg brownie sounds like a sugar overload! I was amazingly restrained in the mess tonight, despite having a night off from being good and certainly didn't over eat. Still wish I could see more of a movement though. I haven't been drinking quite as much as usual so. I haven't been getting up quite as much in the night which has made a nice change!

Phew! Finally caught up with all of your happenings and cheering you all on.
@Debs this is such a challenging time for you work wise, but I just wanted to say how much I admire your guts. I remember when you were getting ready to hop on the plane to go for your first interview with the mines and not only did you get the job but have already been promoted!!! :like:
@nursebean congratulations on your new low :like: . what flavour was your cup a soup???

Thank you for your kind words Julianna, I am my worst critic!! That Cap again!!

Spent the day auditing today and didn't have time to think about food, which was good as I am fasting. One of the guys grew up four miles from me so we had a nice reminisce and then I was treated to his 'Made in England' tattoo, how lucky am I  luckily it wasn't anywhere my hubby should be worried about

I ended up working my RDO to try and get everything done as my boss called yesterday to say he's resigned so that is going to cause chaos. I am NOT taking on more work though as we are already seriously stretched. The time is going quickly though so all good!!

Heh heh @Debs - TMI! Re boss, bet you are in line for another promotion there girl, might be worth it if you can pull more money in, and then resign yourself, once you've got the cost of your next jaunt sorted!

Hi @Julianna and thank you! My Cup A Soup was minestrone flavour (with croutons). It was surprisingly delicious

Not much to report today except that needless to say the weight has gone up again...but then it'll come down again tomorrow. Still on track!

Have a great day y'all

Bean xx

@nursebean i have a minestrone SlimmaSoup every fast day about 4 pm
They taste delicious on a fast day and are a lifesaver
Don't taste quite as good on a feed day!
Sometimes for the absolute hell of it and just to live dangerously, i have the ordinary one,not the slimma one ( 40 cals more!) what a devil i am at times teehee! X

So, here we are, a fast day again. Sigh

I've realised that my plan to stock upon ready meals won't work during the holidays; my children are too observant and ask too many questions. I've made a menu plan instead, with a few Hairy recipes to try out.

Who else is fasting today?

Normally I would but as we are half through our world tour of Scotland it will be another two weeks before I can join you all on a Monday fast. That said, it will be quite light as we ate so much yesterday, lamb casserole with lovely vegetables will do nicely

Ballerina x

Hi @Gillymary still there, still damp, still dreich, still stunning, still could not move back for anything, otherwise we are having a great time. Taking the dog to the pub later, Scottish pubs are the most god forsaken places on earth and if it wasn't for the fact that the locals are all so lovely, friendly and funny I'd not set foot in one. I had an absolutely fabulous day in Edinburgh recently, just love that city and am looking forward to the big tartan meet up on the 12th. It seems that where we live is basking in sun and warmth so it does not help that it is cold, freezing and foggy here but the wood burning stoves, morning rolls, happy dog and gregarious people make up for it all. Oh, and the wine REALLY helps, a LOT!

Glad you're enjoying 'Bonny Scotland' Ballerina, it's years since I went up there.
I am still in the ADF tent and fasting today after Mothering Sunday treats!
I've had a blitz on the back garden today, to keep busy and forget about food, and tidied it up a lot....it's looking good now.

Good morning campers

Fasting today ahead of an uncertain weekend; I'm on a training seminar for two days and staying in a hotel overnight. I think it'll be a case of moderation and just getting back to the ADF next week. I've given up stressing about life getting in the way of ADF, it's simply not worth it. It'll take me as long to get to goal as it takes

HD chicken tikka masala tonight.

Hi there, mmm chicken curry, lovely! Have temporarily stpped out of the ten while I try to dukan my way out of a rut, trying a mix of glucogen depletion and 19:5. I shal be back but it hasn't worked for me so far

We are all so different @Debs and it stands to reason the same approach won't work for all. It's such a shame adf hasn't for you, when it was you that led the way :frown: I really hope Dukan works :clover:
