Hi @CandiceMarie, I hope you are feeling better today! I didn't get on yesterday, my computer was acting up. I HATE that poisoned feeling! Sure hope your has gone away.
The line about flagging down lorries made me giggle. I don't have that problem, because we don't have buses where I live. :-)
How idi D.D. Visit go with the specialist? Is she getting settled in her new home?
My D.D. And D.H. Are doing ok. They have been out shopping quite a bit, and are resting up. We tried to get everything done, so we don't have to leave the house for the next couple of weeks. Finishing up things for the holidays.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend. Love, Phyllis

Hiiii MM,@MountainMysti hope youre all sorted for christmas and ready to relax and enjoy x
More than anything,i hope you and yr family,@nursebean and my DD and myself all have a painfree wonderful magical time this coming week! With noooooo symptoms whatsoever!
Phyll, had a bad week on LDN after raising my dose as directed from half a ml to a full ml. Felt dreadful for a week, which ive since read is often the case. All my symptoms worse.Feel like ive adjusted to it since yesterday, and things have calmed down. One thing i' m cautiously noticing today is i feel as if the brain fog has lifted a little..so...wa - hey! We' ll see how things develop!
Big christmassy hugs ! Fab festive time ahead i hope for Phyll n Bean x x  xx

Hi @CandiceMarie, so glad to hear the fog is lifting! Sorry you have had such a rough week! We're you able to get some info and support on Phoenix rising? From what I read the LDN is a bear to adjust, but some folks have had really good results.
Hope you, D.D. And family have a wonderful Christmas, with lots of good things and no symptoms!!
We are all settled in, celebrating the Solstice today, baking cookies to take to friends and baby brother tomorrow. We don't do lots of parties and such, just quiet times at home.
Sending much love and wishes for a great holiday!!
Hi@nursebean, wishing you a fun, symptom free holiday, full of love and lots of goodies.
Love to all, Phyllis

Speaking of avitars, you are both such smart gals to be able to do all those nifty things. I'm a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to tech things.
Wishing you both a wonderful week love, Phyllis

Hmm I'm not as good as I used to be Phyllis! I don't seem to be able to add my welcome pictures anymore or things like that.
I'm so looking forward to next year (next week) as I'm going to get back on the ADF wagon or fast every other day. Im going to return to yoga and Im determined to remain on it until Im 9 stone 7! (I wonder how long I'll stick with it really. I'm certainly fired up for it anyway ;) )
What are your plans for Christmas you two?

Hi Beany @nursebean, just planning a quiet day at home, just the three of us for Christmas. How about you? We don't usually plan too elaborate celebrations, because I nearly kill myself trying to do too much. We have learned to appreciate just being together and eating a simple meal. I always plan lots of things I want to do, and can never do them :-) so this year I lowered my expectations.
I hear you on the fresh commitment for next year. I am going to try going grain free and see if it helps with inflammation and such. My weight is now doing ok, and I'm maintaining pretty close to the same weight ( vary a pound or two) but, I really want to see if further changes help.
I'll bet you can stick with the fasting, AND you will reach your goal!, you are a strong and determined lady.
Wishing you a Happy Christmas! Love Phyllis

Oh bless you Phyllis!
Well, there will be 3 of you...and there will be 3 of us! We're the same as you. We have a quiet time together. We have a few nibbles planned but don't go crazy on the meal front really.
Lets hope 2015 is OUR year, here in the CFS tent. I'm certainly keeping everything crossed for our Candy. I do hope she'll start to feel much better next year. As for you, Phyllis, I wish you luck avoiding grains and I am very impressed that you've reached your goal weight...barr the odd pound or two! I'm sure you can afford to have a few indulgences over Christmas!

Yes very well done our Phyl @MountainMyst x x !

Only 3 of us for xmas dindins..SIL makes a great dinner
However,DD has invited 15 people between boxing day & new year..i know she's excited bout her new home, but fear she's bitten off more than she can chew and by january will be crashing
You cant put an old head on young shoulders tho and by nature she's very hospitable,so all i can do is try to help her and have quiet word with SIL and guests asking them to do same x
