Thank you to everybody for a wonderful forum.
Hi Carorees,
On 28 feb i was 156 pounds and had 32.5 inch waist.
5 Apil I was 153 pounds with 31 inch waist.
I could do a questionnaire if required trying to get a bit more specific about calories on feed days.
Weight on 5th March = 58.5kg
Weight on (or around) 6th April = 56.4kg (7 April)

* Waist measurement on (or around) 6th April = 65cm (7 April)
* Change in weight since 2nd March: - 2.1kg :like:
* Change in waist size since 2nd March: - 2cm
Was on 5:2 but last week 6:1 so not sure if my stats should be taken into account.
Am happy to do questionnaire

Weight on 4th March 160 lbs
Weight on 5th April 156lbs
Waist measurement 4th March 35ins, no change on 5th April (although my clothes are looser - weird! Am doing 5:2.
Started 5:2 on 2nd March at weight of 11st 11.5 lbs
Didn't take measurements until last week but would guestimate going on my trousers that I've lost 2-3" off my waist
As of this morning (6th April) my weight is down 8.5 lbs
Not able to measure body fat %
I'm following 5:2 plan

Would be happy to help with questionnaire if required

I've been reading the boards daily and everyone seems very helpful and supportive of each other, we're all in the same boat!!

I've done WW before but let the weight creep back on slipping into old habits. This really doesn't feel like a diet and I'm surprised at how quickly I've adapted to it and that I can eat so much less and not feel hungry.
Hi

These are my stats for my first weigh in and will update next month

* Weight on 7th April: 9stone 8lb
* Waist measurement on 7th April: 29inches
Following 5:2

Cheers
Caroline- My husband has been doing this also but did not want to do the forum but just do it with me. He does not measure his waist. He has done really well. If you can use his weight loss here it is. April 5 weight 270 lbs
Month weight loss. - 18 lbs
Doing 5/2
Don't know if you can use my stats as didn't weigh myself 2nd March as had been on annual leave for the week & not fasted, just ate out a lot instead!
However,
Weight fri 22nd Feb 161lb
Waist 28.5 inch
Weight fri 8th Mar 160.5 lb
Waist 28 inch
Weight fri 5th Apr 156 lb
Waist 27.5 inch
Total loss for 6 weeks = 5 lbs, 1 inch (4 weeks = 4.5 lbs, 0.5 inch)
Can't measure body fat
Happy to complete questionnaire
Ooops, & doing 5:2
I've been on 5,2 since Feb (except holiday week when I did a 7,0!)
Initially I lost 4lb in the first week but I haven't lost anything since - this is the longest ever my weight has stayed the same.
However, my shape has very noticeably changed though - I've gone from size 14 trousers to size 10. I don't have measurements as I was really only interested in the scales, but I wish now I'd bothered.
I don't overeat on feast days but I'm not particularly careful either - fish and chips if I fancy them!
Happy to answer any questions?
Hi Caroline, didn't start til 8th March but here are my stats:

Weight 6th April 11st 4lb
Waist mm 6th April 341/2"
Change in weight since 8th March lost 4lb
Change in waist mm since 8th March lost 1/2"
Change in body fat no idea (sorry)
Following 5:2
Would complete questionnaire if you wanted it

Am a hypothyroider so I'm struggling to keep losing!
I lost the 4lbs in the first week and have maintained the last three.

Hi caroline,

Weight 6 April 85.28kg - loss since 2 March 4.35kg
Waist 6 April 37in - loss since 2 March 3.5in
Only just measured body fat so no loss data yet (33%)
Following 5:2
Happy to complete questionnaire
Weight on 5th April - 11 stone 6
Weight change since 11 March - 4.5 lbs
Change in waist - 1 inch
No idea about body fat

I would like to point out that I lost the weight in the first week and have just maintained this weight loss in the subsequent weeks, or perhaps we should say "consolidate". Have been quite frustrated as thought I would lose more as the weeks went on, but when I see everyone else's results I can see its an average weight loss spread across the 4 week period...
Happy to fill out questionnaire...
Weight on (or around) 6th April * 10 stone 12 lbs
Waist measurement on (or around) 6th April * 31 inches
Change in weight since 2nd March (or thereabouts) * loss of 7.5 lbs
Change in waist size since 2nd March (or thereabouts) * loss of 3 inches
Change in body fat % if you know it *
Whether you are following a different fasting pattern than 5:2 - doing 5.2
Happy to fill out questionnaire
Weight on 4 march 70 kg
Weight on 6 April. 68.1kg
Weight loss. 1.9 kg

Waist measurement no change 84cm

Body fat. No measure sorry

Doing 5:2 carorees style
