My stats.

March weigh in

68.04kg 10.10st 150lbs
Waist: 35"
WHR: 51.99
BMI: 23.27


April weigh in

64.86 10.2 142lbs
Waist: 34.5"
WHR. 51.22
BMI: 22.18
Doing mostly 5:2 with occasional 4:3.

Happy to take part in survey.
My stats:
April weight 86.5kg
Waist 88cm
Weight lost in March 2.2kg (total lost since 3rd Jan is 8kg)
Unfortunately don't know waist for March, but it was 92cm at start of Feb

* Change in weight since 2nd March 3lb (1.4kg?)less

Very slow weight loss - but it's going in the right direction, which is all that matters
* Weight on 6th April - 70.31kg
* Waist measurement on 6th April - 84cm
*Change in weight from 2nd March - 3.17kg
* Change in waist from 2nd March - 2.5cm
* Don't know change in body fat

Following 5:2 diet but on 3 of the 5 weeks I did extra 1/2 day fast.
But not calorie counting at all on other days.

@vivbp: I shan't close the thread on Monday until after 10am ish...when I start to collate the data.
Weight on (or around) 6th April - 186 pounds

* Change in weight since 6th March (or thereabouts) -2 lbs, was 188 pounds
* Change in waist size since 2nd March (or thereabouts) - no change

Bitterly disappointed with these stats, out of the last 4 weeks I lost the
2 lbs in one week only and on my feed days I have even missed a couple of meals because I haven't been hungry :frown:

I'm 5:2ing

I am willing to complete the research questionnaire.
Perhaps you need to be eating more on your feed days.
I find better weight losses when I eat my TDEE and a bit more. X
Thanks Bellalou, yep that will not be a problem for me today, after doing my weekly weigh-in this morning and seeing no change again I am in a 'screw it' mood and about to go out for a massive curry blow-out xx
