Hi all!

I just started the diet on April 1. So far, I love it! Believe it or not, it has actually normalized my eating patterns. I'm eating more and much more regularly.

* Weight on (or around) 6th April: 164.5 lbs.
* Waist measurement on (or around) 6th April: ??
* Change in weight since 2nd March (or thereabouts): Lost 5.5 lbs. since starting on April 1.
* Change in waist size since 2nd March (or thereabouts): ??
* Change in body fat % if you know it:??
* Whether you are following a different fasting pattern than 5:2: This week, I'm every other day 1:1. Next week, I plan on doing 4:3 (3 fast days, 4 feed days)

LOVING this!

Just a beginner, but I would be glad to help with the questionnaire!
Weight on March 2: 96.5
Weight on April 7: 92.8

lost: 3.7kg

Haven't tracked anything else.
Weight today (7april) 60.4 kg, started recording feb 4 at 62.8. Started the 5:2 in Jan at 66.8 kg. waist measurement now around 71 - not sure what it started at but definitely at least two centimetres more. Weight seems to be stabilising now around 59/60 kg. I hope this helps with your stats, I'm not taking a very scientific approach because I didn't start off thinking I needed to lose weight! I clearly did. Today's stats may be inaccurate as I'm using different scales to usual.
Doing 5:2 ( was hoping to move to 6:1 but clearly eat too much on my 'normal' days!

170cm tall
109.86kg 7/4  so 6.99kg weight loss
116.85kg 3/3
Not got waist sizes for comparison - today around 105cm
40% fat 7/4
40.5% fat 3/3
5:2 although first week I did an extra fast

I am exercising regularly and doing 5:2. I don't mind answering general questions for research - but can't commit to logging absolutely everything calorie-wise. I don't log milk in coffees for example...
