Hi all

The monthly weigh-in is now open! :grin:

Please post, below, the following info (ideally in kilos and cm but I can do the math if necessary ;-)):

* Weight on (or around) 6th April
* Waist measurement on (or around) 6th April
* Change in weight since 2nd March (or thereabouts)
* Change in waist size since 2nd March (or thereabouts)
* Change in body fat % if you know it
* Whether you are following a different fasting pattern than 5:2

(If you didn't weigh/measure on 6th April and 2nd March respectively, please put what date you made the measurements)

Also, please indicate whether you are willing to complete the research questionnaire! :geek:

This thread will be open to post your stats until Monday. I'll then start number crunching and post the results as soon as I can. Those who have lost substantially more/less than the average for the month and who are willing to participate in the research will be contacted by PM.

Let's hope we have accumulated some impressive losses between us! :clover:
Oooooh, oooh, am I first!

* Weight on (or around) 6th April - 137.8 pounds

I'm 5:2ing except for the odd week when I can only manage a 6:1

I am willing to complete the research questionnaire.
Thanks Melanie! I presume the change in weight is actually the weight you were on 2nd March, tee hee! Quite a spectacular loss if not!! :lol:

Happy to do the questionnaire if needed, although the above is not typical of my weight loss!

Bit of a poor month this month I'm afraid - been poorly the last couple of weeks so only maintained last week. This week there was of course Easter and it's been my husband's birthday so I am happy to have at least maintained. Really then the losses above cover a period of 2 weeks as I've stayed the same the rest of the month ;)

This might have bothered me a few months ago, but I know I'll keep shifting it, and I can't complain at maintaining after all I've eaten the last week and having been cooped up poorly, doing nothing.
I only started on the 11 March, so would you like my stats so far or shall I wait until next month?
We'd love to see your stats, even if I have to leave you out of the analysis!
OK! Well, here goes!

* Weight on 5th April - 11stone 10lb
* Waist measurement on 5th April - 31.5inches
* Change in weight since 11th March - 5lb
* Change in waist size since 11th March - nothing
* Change in body fat % - don't know, my scales are not that clever!
* Whether you are following a different fasting pattern than 5:2 No, I do 5:2

Not a bad start!

Forgot to say - always willing to fill in a questionnaire!
