Hi all.

Thanks :grin: :clover:
hi caro- you are doing a great job as always!!!

I have lost about 6 lbs since beginning of march and have no other data- sorry!! but I am very happy with the way it is going and would not mind doing the questionnaire!- ursula
hi catherine- up very early as well!!!
I tend to measure the bit that is slowly getting more pronounced- slight dent in the torso if you know what I mean- all depending on your shape really but if you measure the same place every time it should work!!!- let us know how you get on- ursula
. Weight on 6th April - 73.8
* Waist measurement on 6th April - 82.70

Let's hope we have accumulated some impressive losses between us! :clover:[/quote]
Sorry to have let the side down, and SO hungry ....
Yes I will participate in the questionnaire ...
Weight 6th April 10st 12lbs
Waist 33 inches

Weight 2nd March 11st 3lbs
Waist 33.5 inches

Loss 5 lbs (YAY) 0.5 inches

Really pleased with these results, and happy to take part in any questionaire, but this has been a very unusual month. I had a ski holiday when I didn't Fast for a week and ate and drank whatever I fancied, the result was I gained 1 lb (not bad in my opinion. Since I got back I have had 2 Fast days and have lost my holiday weight plus 2 more lbs. It is so good to have a weight with a 10 in front of it!

Thank you Caroline for all your hard work :like:
As a newbie, I just wanted to say how brilliant it is to read everyone's posts on here- really inspiring! The variety of changes in measurements/weight is so supportive as nobody need feel isolated; there is bound to be someone with a similar loss (or gain).

I don't think in metric except for cooking ingredients but have tried here. I started on 5:2 in the last week of Feb, so this figure may include the early loss, but I've noticed two significant drops with smaller ones between. Have been tracking weight on MyFitnessPal but have only measured my waist today. My impression (no use for research I know, but nice for me) is that my steady post-menopausal mutation from pear to apple has been stopped in its tracks and is going into reverse without totally cutting out any food group, including high GI carbs.

Here are the numbers:
Weight today: 69.85kg
Weight loss since 2 March: 4.15kg (from 74kg)
Waist today: 73.6 (will now track it) sorry, just corrected from 29" :doh:
Body fat: I don't know but in a Biobank test some years ago it was high although my BMI was at the high end of normal.
Doing 5:2 and happy to fill in the questionnaire.

Thanks for all the help this forum offers.
A late starter and results to date posted below appreciating that these might not make it in to the final number crunch :-)

* Weight on (or around) 6th April = 175.8lb
* Waist measurement on (or around) 6th April = 40"
* Change in weight since 18th March = 8.2lb loss
* Change in waist size since 18th March = 2"
* Change in body fat % if you know it = 2% down
* Whether you are following a different fasting pattern than 5:2 - nope

Edit: Yes, happy to do the questionnaire if required. :like:
