Good morning all!
I have had a terrible month of overeating on my feed days, as I had been ill and didn't feel well generally. With a small lapse I at least managed to stick to my repair days though (Most people lose weight under these conditions ...I know). For the last five days I am back on track with eating normally on feed days. I would be willing to do a questionnaire but I don't count calories and as I said my eating was quite chaotic this past month.
