Hallo fellow fasters! Here we go:-

Last weigh in April weight was 73.3kgs and waist was 96cm.
Now weigh in May weight is 72.4kgs and waist is 93cm.
So I have lost 0.9 kgs and 3cm.
Now I have fancy scales I can reveal my current fat is 33.2% (though I'd like to know what I should aim for with fat please?).

Not too bad considering the Killer Flu and two week format change in April.
Started 1st April 147lb
BMI 25.1

Today's weight 141lb
BMI 24.1

Target weight 126lb
BMI 21.5

Don't have fancy scales, so no fat% data available

5'4 and apple shaped, no inches seem to be being lost from my waist/tummy, not sure where to measure and whether to hold my tummy in or be relaxed when I measure so gave it up as a bad job but my waistbands are looser and I don't need to use the zip on my favourite jeans so I am going with the non scientific 'looser clothes' method of measurement. I do seem to be losing mostly on my thighs and upper body.

Am doing 5:2 Mondays and Thursdays, eating carefully Tuesdays and Wednesdays then anything I fancy at weekends, it seems to be working and I am not going to count calories unless I plateau and really need to. Official weigh in day Tuesday.

Loss = 3.2 kg

Waist 5 April to 3 May stayed same at 78.7cm

here are the results -
Weight April 6th was 166 lbs.
May 3rd it was = 159 lbs
loss of 7 lbs =

Waist on April 6th was 33"
May 3rd was 32
loss of -1'

started April 8th 2013 weight= 119.98kg...waist= 116.84cm.

MAY 3rd Weight= 116.1kg....waist= 114.3cm.
Total Loss in 3weeks 4days = 3.88kg
Total loss from waist=2.54cm. :heart:
So glad I get to join in this month!

Wt: 292lb
In: 51 inches
Body Fat: 53%

05/03/13
Wt: 287lb ( really 287.4 lbs, but the formula won't convert the .4 lb)
In: 49 inches
Body Fat: 51%

Total lost this month:
5lb (really 4.6 lbs)
2 inches
2% BF


I've had some bumps along the way. Some weeks I would gain, or not lose at all. But the average shows a definite downward trend. This plan is something I can live with.

I've also lost inches from my bust and hips. My clothes are starting to feel baggy, and I have actually gone down to a smaller shirt size, and find that my jeans have a much better fit, not near as tight as they were.
Start weight March 4 - 146.5 lb. Current weight - 128.5 lb. Lost since start 18 lb., Lost this month 6.5 lb.
Waist at start 35 in. Lost since start 3 in. Lost this month 1 inch.

May 4: weight 77 kg, waist 100 cm - 3.7 kg and 5 cm loss since April 4
(April 4: weight 80.7 kg, waist 105 cm)
March 13 starting weight 85 kg, waist 108 cm
Target weight 65 kg, waist 80 cm

2nd weigh in on 6/4/13. 76.01. ". 81.28
3rd weigh in on 7/5/13. 75.30. ". 80.08

Very slow loss now but thanks to the Nerds' wonderful stats I do not feel despair.

I have lost 4lbs and 2 inches since the last monthly weigh in

I have ordered a new fancy body composition scale for my birthday (my Mother thinks its an odd sort of birthday present) so any measures after this one will be on a different basis
April 6th ........57.0kg
May 4th.........56.4kg
Change in weight .....0.6kg

No change in waist, still 76.5 cms
