April 6th Weight 80.5kg
Waist 94cms
May 4th Weight 78kg
Waist 92cms
Loss Weight 2.5kg
Waist 2cms

Still losing and loving it!
Started on the 1st of April weight: 90.5 kg
Weight yesterday and today: 87 kg
No waist measurements, I'm afraid but old pair of jeans now fits (AND I can get up the zip) If only I could also breathe while wearing them... Another 2 or so kgs to go before that will be the case. Thanks Carorees for all your expert advice! :heart:

Just had a blip up in weight this week - which I expected after yesterday! I am soooo happy about the waist loss! YAY!!!

Thanks, Carorees! Not sure why the first one is not working. I tried 3 times!!!
Later post mentioned no fractions, so here goes!
Began Jan - weight 61 waist 74
April - Weight 59 waist 68
may. - Weight 60. Waist 69

Not fabulous but at or below 60 for the first time in 20years.
So excited, my first month to record!
Loss for the month 4.7 kg, waist loss 2 cms, yay!!
Began on 11 March at 181lb and
38 inches

On 7 April I was 175lb and
36 inches

And now I am 173lb and
36 inches
... and very happy, even if I do seem to have hit a bit of a plateau!

[have had to round the figures [down, of course!!] as the code doesn't copel with fractions or decimals!)
April 3rd weight 70 kg, waist 80 cm
May 3rd weight 69kg, waist 77.5 cm

Total weight lost last month, 1 kg
Waist reduction 2.5 cm

Total weight lost since end jan 5.45 kg
Total waist reduction since end January 10cm
March 4 starting weight: 83.9 kgs (185 lbs)
April 6 weight: 79.9 (176.2 lbs) loss 4 kgs
May 4 weight: 78.2 kgs (172.4 lbs) loss 1.7 kgs
Total lost to date: 5.7 kgs (12.6 lbs)

Starting waist: 35 in
April 6 waist: 35 in
May 4 waist: 34 in (finally!)

Hope I did the conversions correctly!

5/4/13: weight: 75.5kg / Fat: 37.6% / Waist 97.5cm
3/5/13: weight: 75.4kg / Fat: 36.3% / Waist 96.5cm

Not a great month, lost my focus a bit, but still down slightly:

Weight: 74.1kg - lost 1.2kg
Waist 84cm - stayed the same as last month.

I no longer measure waist etc sorry, prefer to just go by how my clothes are fitting.

I have been reducing the calories on fast days down to 400 and this seems to have given me a bit of a boost so very, very happy with my stats this month! :grin:
