Tried to use the code without success... Converted inches on tape measure kgs already converted for me on the tracker

Total losses since start. 7.79 kg. 9 cm

Total loss since 21/2/13 8cm from my waist and 8.2kg (18lbs)
No weight change since last report on April 5th, as intended.

Maintenance mode fasting means not eating until exercise completed, small lunch and sensible dinner but no counting/restriction.
Redhead's Monthly Weigh In:

* Weight on 3 May: 10 stone 3 pounds.
* I was 11 stone 12 pounds when I started on 24 January 2013.
* Change in weight since 6th April: Weight 6 April = 10 stone 8 pounds/ 67.3 kgs. Weight 3 May = 10 stone 3 pounds/ 65 kgs. Difference = 5 pounds/ 2.3kg
* I lost 10 pounds/ 4.5 kg between 1 March and 6 April so I'm slowing down a bit.
* My target is 9 stone 12lbs.
Start of April I was 239lb
Today I was 230 lb, so 9lb loss.
Waist has finally moved from 43 to 42 inches loss of 1 inch
In 13 weeks I have lost 29lb & 2 inches from my waist.
BMI is now at 30.5, finally in sight a non Obese Bob.
April 14st.9lbs - 92.99kg waist 38" - 96.5cm
May 14st.6lbs - 91.63kg waist 38" -96.5cm body fat 45%

Started 5:2 Jan 21st weight 15st.5lbs waist 40"

Pre 5:2 lost 56lbs full fat/low sugar WOE
