Overall loss 3.2kg waist 3.4 cm

Goal=65kg
April seemed like a looong plateau! But I finally broke through! :)
Month March April May Change
Weight 72.4 71.3 69.5 1.8KG
Waist 89 88 85 3CM

So I guess I guess I've gone from a slow loser, to an average loser. Whats changed?

    Started C25K program
Calorie counted to the MFP weekly level to lose 1lb a week. Deficit from 2 fast days and eating to TDEE was much lower
This week I've done 2 liquid only fasts
April 6th stats: weight 87.20kg, waist 89.00cm, body fat 48.00%
May 4th stats: weight 86.30kg, waist 87.25cm, body fat 46.90%
Change over month: weight 0.9 kg, waist 2.7 cm, fat 1.1%

I seem to have hit a big slow down, with the weight loss this month being a quarter of previous months. It may have something to do with the Easter holidays (I'm hoping).
April 5th 79.38 kg, waist 37 inches
May 4th 75.3 kg waist 36.25 (code wouldn't convert that)
Loss 4.08 kg and 3/4 inch
BMI 30.55

Start weight Feb 23 2013 85.73 kg
Start BMI 34.78
Total so far 10.43 kg in 10 weeks.
BMI 30.55 (nearly just overweight!!)

thanks for your work on this!
April 5th stats: 59.8 kg. 26.5% body fat
May 4th stats: 58.8 kg. 25.8% body fat

Difference: weight: -1 kg. body fat: -0.7%

Glad with this results as I had a week off in April and gained, so glad I am back on track and losing.
5th April
12st 6lb
Waist 36"
Body fat 41.6%

3th May
12st 4lb
Waist 34.5"
Body fat 39.3%

Weight -2lb
Waist -1.5"
Body fat -2.3%

Sorry Caroline couldn't get the kg converter to work on my tablet.
Start weight on 5:2 (Nov 2012 ) = 83.5kg
Total loss so far on 5:2 = 9.5kg
Goal = 63 kg

Total loss doesn't tie in with progress tracker, think it's something to do with all the conversions from stone to llbs to kg.

April weigh in @ 76.2kg
May weigh in @ 74 kg
Loss 2.2kg

April waist - 99cm
May waist - 98 cm

1.5cm off thighs since April weigh in
2.5cm off hips since April weigh in

Much happier with my weight loss this month - I'm putting it down to having done 4 x 36hr water only fasts over the past fortnight. Waist stubbornly refuses to decrease - though it's coming off thighs and hips so that's good. :victory: Am going to stick with the gang of 36ers for a while as it seems to be having good effect and though I'm in this for life, I'd like to reach goal slightly before Christmas (which my app is predicting is the current expected date )
Hi Caroline,

My, which look to me like very weird, monthly stats are:
April 5 weight 59.5, waist 81cms, ratio waist/height 49.69%, fat % 26.3
May 4 weight 59.0, waist 79cms, ratio waist/height 48.47%, fat % 25.7
Weight loss 0.5k, waist -2cms, ratio down by 1.22, fat down 0.6

Not sure if relevant but due to family commitments didn't diet for one week & gained 1.2k during that week.
Not a whole month's data as I only started on the 10th April:

April 10th (Start date) stats: weight 82.10 kg, waist 91.44 cm
May 4th stats: weight 78.8 kg waist 83.82cm
Change over month: weight 3.3 kg, waist 7.62 cm

I am a VERY happy bunny!
Great weight and inch losses so far. Wow. You are all so inspiring.
I think this is the first weight loss forum I've been on where people don't seem to have weight gains.

Need to get my backside into gear! I lost 3lbs last week and put it back on this! Think I may be relaxing too much on 5 of my 5:2 after following SW for 2 1/2 years :)
Here are my weigh-in data:

Weight on 5th April: 63kg
Waist on 5th April: 75cm
Weight on 4th May: 61,7kg
Waist on 4th May: 74cm
Weight difference: 1.3kg
Waist difference: 1cm
Have been doing 5:2 only

Slowly but surely I'm getting to my next target of 60kg.

I'm on the slow lane, and it's getting tougher and tougher for me. The questionnaire helped me realize what I was doing wrong, so do have a look at it if you haven't so far. It might help if you struggle with your weight loss.
