hmm, so somewhere along the road I went wrong. I started doing 4-3 (when I was posting here) - including 2 consecutive days of lowcal (<600) For a month - it wasn't even difficult! I guess I was displeased with the progress (5kg in ~4 weeks), didn't seem fair reward for my 4-3 and working out 5 days...

Morning everyone, I confess it, I'm a daily weigher! I use Libra and find it keeps me feeling in control. Anyway, no problems there but on my morning weighin I noticed that my newish digital scales (about one month) don't measure in half pounds when set on stone and lbs. As I've been bouncing around...

It's been a pretty amazing day :victory: even though work had dissolved into complete chaos by 9am. It started with my weighin for the Valentines Day Challenge. After 3 fasts and a Zumba class this week, I was hopeful but it's also TTOTM so I was nervous. I achieved my goal of 67kg by scraping in at...

In my opinion, scales are unreliable. Having said that, I weigh myself 2 or more times a day. Go figure! The reason is this: I weigh first thing in the morning and it's sometimes up, sometimes down. I go about my business, whether it's a fast or feed day. Get on the scales before bed and it's someti...
