Welcome, @Supernoodle! Good luck getting back to fasting. You should find lots of support here! BTW, what is fasting 15? Is it fasting 15h with a 9h eating window?

What's wrong with 1lb a week, @nursebean? If it's in the right direction, it's all good...

Yes I didn't say hello @Supernoodle (I love your name!) so glad to see you in this here tent!
I know I shouldn't moan about 1lb...but I'm getting impatient. I shall leave the weighing for a bit. Next weigh-in 6 Feb (when I'm just about to pop off to Cornwall for me hols!)
Fasting for me today. Salmon lined up for either lunch or dinner...peanut butter on toast for this evening (I think!)
Not organised today. A very dangerous situation!

Well I got through yesterday's fast reasonably unscathed. I ended up having salmon with a parsnip, a carrot and some peas. I followed this with an After Eight mousse and a bowl of Cheerios which I managed to string out for some time. Felt pretty pleased with myself. Mind you, I still haven't eaten again and its now nearly 11 am on a feast day. Looking forward to lunch is all I can say Image

Just popping in to say hello fellow DODOers. Fasting today, I am so cold.... Just got back from doing the weekly shop, tomorrow will most definitely be a feast day!! May have to have a cup of soup to warm me up, black coffee isn't cutting it at the moment! The fasts are going well and the jeans are looking good. :). Have no idea what my weight is doing as I'm still using the scales as a kick board, one day I will get around to buying some new ones, but I'm no rush to part with my money or weigh myself really. I can happily live with this, I know others couldn't , but it works for me. Now, just need to get back to doing another round of Insanity!!

"Wanna know how this works with the green guys? You click one album you like, for instance "Essen & Trinken" which means Food & Beverage. Then you choose one of them and move the cursor over it. A box shows up. You check the second from above "BBCode ohne Link" and copy the line at the buttom of the little window. Insert it at fastday. Done Should work for any device including apple pods and pads ^^"

Carie@carieoates....@Mahalo showed us how to do them..

Well had a good fast yesterday, even though Min came home from school and took over the kitchen. She has her first cooking assessment on Friday and has chosen to make French onion soup. It smelt sooo good and being the good parent I did have a spoonful, delish! But when you're fasting and there is melted gruyere on French stick bubbling under the grill..........takes a lot of willpower not to grab and stuff.
More importantly I did the first Insanity workout, it's a lot easier the second time round, but still kicks my butt. I'm still c&&p at full push ups, I will master them one day.
If you're fasting today good luck & enjoy, if like me you're not..........eat well x

This is me doing insanity haha

Oh my word @Minsmum that is amay-zing willpower!! Well done! I don't think I could have resisted the aroma of melting cheese. Oh boy! Just the thought Image
As for this Insanity thing. What is it exactly?!! Sounds crazy!!! Image
Sadly, I am fasting today. Not quite sure what to eat tonight, but I think it may be a cheese and bacon omelette. Or just 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon, or maybe just bacon, or maybe just cheese, or maybe just 2 eggs. Anyway, I plan on having some Cheerios in a bowl to nibble throughout the evening.
Boy do I hope today goes quickly!! :starving:
