I'm 10 stone 6 pounds this morning, but actually I'm not unhappy with that, as I've had visitors and missed a fast day. We've had lots of nice food and not so much exercise!
So I'm unlikely to hit my solstice target, but I've still got time to head in the right direction!

#47 reporting with a 0.8 lb loss this week
#9 reporting in with a 1lb weight loss :shock: quite shocking considering it's TOTM fast approaching and i feel like I've eaten my own weight in chocolate and cheese :oops: It was also after exercise so some of that loss will be sweat! :doh:
No 20 checking in at 129 lbs - I have been bouncing around this figure for a few weeks. I'm 1 lb off my goal.

Buddy @spanner - how are you doing? We have both had a very tough week - I have fasted but it's been in the background of life. x :heart:

My aim was a bit difficult to quantify. I would say that I have good days and bad days. Since I'm back, I feel myself slipping into some bad habits on non-fast days. But I haven't been completely out of control. I might try a month without sweets since that's my weak point.
I had been stuck on the same weight for ages but it finally went down a pound today. Still two pounds to go though.
No4 checking in with a 3.75lb loss. It's my TOTM as well so not sure how this has happened. I have been doing 16:8 this week as well as fasting because it's been hot and have not wanted anything til lunch. I have 2.25 lb to lose next week to hit my target.
Yay @Brand-ie - that's brilliant! Don't you just love it when the scales are unexpectedly generous?!

I reckon you will meet your target! I, however, will not as I have been less than good on the non fast days for the last couple of weeks.....Feels like I am getting back on track now (did back to back fasts on Wed/Thurs & may throw a Sunday one in), but don't think there's enough time to undo all the damage!!

Still, any loss is a bonus, isn't it? These challenges hold me accountable, so I'll definitely be signing up for whatever comes next......

I am going out for a meal on wednesday in the evening so will probably do a half fast that day. I am hoping to reach my target but because of the bank hol blip I won't be upset if I don't.

Oh boy I'm way off target. I will not be losing 8lbs in the next week so I am conceding defeat. Not bothered tho because I keep getting comments about my weight loss. Plus I really enjoy ADF so I'm undeterred.

oopes seeing the 71s again so not quite there yet and wont make the challenge but purple line is still on way down and down to 69.6 the lowest its been for ages. just got to be under the 71s consistently again

feeling quite bloated and my tummy confirms my extra 1/2 kilo which im not expecting

yesterday felt incredibly hungry on my fast day. possibly overate a little and snuck in 2 bread slices. with my pumpkin soup.

Can i blame the cold of winter?
Hi, number 14 checking in, I have gained 3lbs :cry: I haven't fasted this week and I have eaten a lot of white starchy carbs, my nemesis, I have p. a. And am due an injection and this time around I have been needing it very badly so have no energy, falling asleep at work etc. :sleepy: so have found fasting much too hard. Still I am on holiday next week and I will be having my injection next week so will regroup the following week and start my next fast on 23rd June. This being said I dost certainly will not meet my target, just hope I can make the 5k race for life! :lol:
Solstice is a week today peeps.
How are you all doing? Today, I weighed in today at 143lbs, 10 st 3. Very happy.
