Hi, I know I'm a late comer ( no change there then!) but can I join in please ?
7lb will do me.
Absolutely @minsmum - you are #60! Good luck!
@Tammae Here's our latest challenge :like:
Just pledge a certain loss and you'll become enrolled. :clover:
I pledge 10 lb for this challenge. I'm only on week 3 so I don't really know how my body will respond over the next few months but am ready and willing to dive into this challenge. I am doing a 4:3 fast and adding DAILY walks as my exercise. The exercise is the part I really have to work on most!
Thank you for giving me the heads up on this challenge.
Welcome @Tammae - you are #61!

While it's great that you are getting exercise, you'll actually find that the eating (or not eating) part is a much bigger factor in how much weight you lose! Good luck!
Hi can I join as well? ...despite my lateness I'm aiming to lose 12lbs :) thanks
This is the current challenge @suzed
xxx  xxx
No 12 checking in for the first time in 2 weeks - no change, well 0.2lb heavier but I'll accept that as a maintain.

Buddy @spanner I'm really going to be mindful next week and increase the walking too.
#33 checking in @ 77.2 as have been doing a bit of ADF windows as on holidays and it is easier. Also going to the gym and low carbing as best as I can. Feel a bit like a juggler

:sun: ADF :sun: gym :sun: low carbs :sun:
Yay. Week two and another two pounds off! I know I won't continue losing at this rate but already my clothes are looser, Hubby says he can see the difference so I am happy.
Good luck to fellow challengers.

#36 reporting and i am happy to say i have lost 1lb towards my challenge of losing 6lb.
Very happy with this as i had lost the plot for a couple of weeks, but did 2 successful fasts this week and i'm back on track now.
Number #10 reporting in with a loss of just over one pound but taking me in the right direction.
starting weight 97kgs
last weeks weigh in = 97*3kgs
this weeks weigh in = 96*65kgs :like:  :clover: :clover:
I would also like to join....Better late than never
I am working out my details from the official start date and so I would like to lose a realistic 8lbs in this 14 week challenge to get to my interim target.
My Challenge start weight is ....
Saturday 21st Jun 2014 82.00kg - 12st 12.78lbs (180.78lbs) - BMI 28.37
My motivation ...To get rid of my pot belly and bra overhanging fat!
I will be using all available tactics but the primary will be to go to the GYM and really help the fasting by working hard on my body shape.
Date started at Gym, Friday 27th June 2014
#9 checking in
No weight loss - 12st2lb
I did 3 fasts this week, even though I calorie counted on in between days, a lot of it was rubbish.
My intention is to not eat crisps this week!
Just a 3/4 lb lost this week. I think my legs have a bit more muscle on them though.
