Week 3.
Another disappointed challenger this week as I have gained 1.5 lbs even though I fasted Monday and Wednesday. I hope the gain is body related as I am unusually bunged up and my rings feel very tight!
Therefore net loss for the challenge is 3.5 lbs.
#23 checking in with just 0.5lb loss this week. I think it might be water because this week my jogging has had no walking in it just 25 minutes of jogging. Plus it's that TOTM. Also only one fast day this week because I was a lady that lunched yesterday. Will do a half fast today as we are out for dinner over the weekend for DH and I have been married 16 yrs this weekend.
Happy anniversary @brand-ie, have a lovely weekend
I'm at the mother in laws and boots in wadebridge don't have scales
I have been on her scales and it shows a 2lb loss. This may not be totally accurate, but I'm taking it! It'll sort itself back out again next time. But I am hoping they're right
Happy anniversary @Brand-ie wishing you and yours a lovely weekend.
No 12 checking in - with a 1lb gain today even though I reached all time low 127.4lbs on Wednesday - so overall going in the right direction.
@spanner how's tricks buddy? :wink:
We are at the end of another week. This week went by fast!! I will check in tomorrow. I feel I've done well this week, I hope the scale thinks so too!

@Julieathome - It seems like you are going through a rough time. I hope it gets better soon, do what you have to to take care of yourself!

@Gill - you are right at least you didn't gain! I hope this week the scale goes down a little!

Congrats on your 1 lb. @Katharina - you are right on track!

@egregious - even a small loss is a good one! Keep it up!

@azureblue - 8 lbs. WOW! Seems like you have met your goal!! Congrats!

@croftmaclean - congrats on the 1 lb. that's great! I'm sure the swimming will pay off soon!

@Annurca - sorry about the gain, but like you said it's probably water retention. Drink some extra water and hopefully things will shift soon!

@Peonyblue - great job - losing 1 kg while away!! Glad your mom was so supportive!

@Slimmer - sorry about the gain. I'm sure it's just temporary, but 3.5 so far is still good! Keep at it!

@WendyDarling - hang in there. I'm sure when you've lost so much already it's hard to keep it up. I hope this week goes better!

@Hazelnut20 - 3/4 of a pound is nothing to scoff at! Any loss is a good loss! Keep it up!

@Romany05 - congrats on the 1/2 pound loss! Sounds like you are doing all the right things. The exercise might slow your weight loss a bit at first, so don't be discouraged!

Great job @RachelC - on the 1 lb. loss!!

@scubachick - you have done really well overall. Remember - this is a marathon, not a sprint! I know you are doing better this week though, so keep it up!

@Brand-ie 1/2 a pound is still a good loss and you are right, the running might be affecting it. Happy Anniversary!

@Karenm - Congrats on the 2 lb. loss! I hope it sticks when you get back to your own scale!

@Lizbean - congrats on the all time low! I'm sure the lb. will go away again soon!

Keep the check ins coming! I'm going to try to update the front page with everyone's progress so far. So, when you check in, please let me know your total difference since starting the challenge. Thank you to those of you who have already!
Hi @cblasz I think I'm getting very confused by measuring points of 1lb and the fluctuations in reaching my final goalie - numbers are not my strong point.

22 June 127.4
11 July 128.4
1 lb gain over the challenge

HOWEVER!

Lowest recorded was this week 126.4 - so in real terms I believe I'm 2.4lbs from goal but happy to record the gain. Honest I'm not cheating  For those who are not near goal and shedding lbs - getting near to goal is a game of see saw with oneself  well that is how it feels for me.

Thanks so much for keeping us on track :like:

@spanner tis really hard playing see saw - how is it for you?

Good luck everyone, :clover: :clover: in for the long ride, not the short ride - else I'll fall off that horse everyone talks of
Wow, @cblasz, that post took a lot of work to mention each of us. Thanks for the effort and personalised words of encouragement.  I hope you melted away away an extra 1lb just typing all that!
@cblasz big thanks for the lovely motivational messages, you're doing a great job of keeping us all on track.

Will be back tomorrow to post my weigh in data. Again I don't feel like I've lost. Had a weird week fasting wise. Had to do a back to back wed/thurs due to reasons I'll not bore you all with, (though it had something to do with Pearl Jam  ) but Thursday I probably went over, as I felt weak and lacking energy, due to having nothing but water and a few strawberries the day before. Normally don't eat until tea but had to have some fruit at lunchtime, otherwise I wouldn't have even been able to lift a watering can down the allotment. Added to that I haven't done much exercise as I pulled a muscle turning the compost heap. Chuffin allotment causing me grief.

Anyway, if I make it to 10st 5 I'll be more than happy, but will accept a maintain. If I gain then I will sulk for precisely fifteen minutes.
5lb loss since starting x
#18 checking in with a one pound loss. That is the only pound lost in the challenge so far - it is slow going for me at the moment. Still plenty of time yet though.

True @Lizbean! And sometimes the sea saw game is not fair.

OH :poop: :poop: :poop: bad week

Number #10 reporting in, back next week
think that's a 1lb gain.
Oh my,@scubachick thank you that is absolutely priceless! Best thing I seen on fastday

Buddy@spanner scroll up and have a look!

@Sue.Q me a 1lb too, but did you see a low during the week?

I'm scuttling over to the insomniacs tent
Thank you @cblasz for the kind words.

Number 22 reporting in and feeling a bit better about this week. Only a half pound loss to add to my other half pound, so 1 pound for the challenge. The reason I feel better is because my percentage fat has dropped 1 percent and my waist is down too, so that is better than weight I think. Also the sun is shining and I am off for a walk along the seafront.

Wishing everyone some good numbers.
No 43 checking in. Down to 10 stone 5.25 so lost 1/2 lb. Total loss 1.75 lb

Can't really complain as we went to Meadowhell last night for birthday present shopping, so ate at KFC  Oh well, back on track next week, exercising and eating better. Good luck for next week everyone
