#4 checking in . Friday's weight 134.8 lbs., so loss of 3.2 lbs so far. It might to be a stretch to get to goal, but I still have a chance.

No17 checking in. Thanks to @janeg's smack with the wet fish, I pulled my socks up and squeezed in a third fast to the week yesterday. So I seem to have shed the 4lb gain from earlier in the week, thank goodness.

So, I am now just 2lbs off target. But, I am a bit like you @slimmer, and feel like its the same 2 or 3lbs going on and off.

I'm up .2 lbs since last week. The trend is down .3 lbs, which is a bit better. But the cheery graph that Libra shows me suggests that I won't get to my challenge goal until Christmas Eve.
At least it is still trending down, albeit slowly.
I notice that my spikes up are MUCH higher lately than they used to be. I am definitely retaining water and also eating quite a bit of salty Asian food. But when I look at the Libra graph of the fluctuations since February, those highs are getting larger and larger while the lows are pretty much fluctuating down the same as always.
It will be interesting to see if this changes when the weather cools down or if it is a function of having lost what is for me a pretty significant chunk of weight since my weight is now a few pounds below the low I have been able to maintain for the last 10 years.

#16 logging in before going on holiday till Aug 17th.. Shame weight is up a little, at least not a huge amount, but will watch myself while away, but enjoy every aspect including meals out and wine. Looking forward to it all away from the kitchen, shops etc.....

@chinchin, thank you! I tend to shy away from making weight/time goals (ie. to reach a certain weight in a certain amount of time) so I might have under shot a bit, but I am very happy to have reached the 10 pounds down, no matter how long it took.

I've lost two pounds which takes me back to my start weight of 10 stone 5 pounds.
I think most of this loss is water due to hormones!
I'm still doing 5:2, have just started C25K, so I'll just keep at it.
