Hi,
Valentine member no. 17 reporting in.

The scales have shown 92 kg - it's a new low for me thanks to 5:2 and 16/8. :like: :like:

Many thanks
cheers Maggie
#87 I'm trying something new. Not weighing myself. I will weigh and measure on Valentine's day and then (if I'm pleasantly surprised), not until March 1st. I've been playing with the same 5 lbs. and it's frustrating me. This is proving to be difficult as I've always believed that knowing everyday what the scale says subliminally affects my eating. So here's to being pleasantly surprised and trying new ways...
#23 checking in - 45.2kg hurrah hurrah - finally on the way down and only 700g to go to target. I might just make it.
#48 Reporting in. A Good week! The first time the scales have showed 135lbs this year.
So 9st 9.4lbs with a target of 9st 7lbs by next Friday. My Waist size and Body Fat were also down this week.
#55 checking in. 0.3 kg loss for this week. I'm very pleased, that's lowest I've ever been so far. :victory: it won't matter if I don't make my goal, as along as the trend is downward.

Auriga, I've also had some problems logging in with my laptop since we had the new server.

I didnt see this post Penny. Yes definitely happy you set up the Easter club already. Loved doing the Christmas one but its good to get different people to initiate things and indeed i am member 24 in your club @PennyForthem

I loved it too when people in the club joined in and motivated each other so occasionally i shall do same in Easter club if that's OK. 1 more week and Ill wrap up the Crimbo club. with any luck we already have 50 over the green target line and i dont even konw it. just waiting till next week so i only have to do a tally once.

Isnt this the best forum on the web everybody?... everybody so friendly and supportive and helpful and caring.
#33 reporting...

1.75 lb loss this week, unexpectedly - fast days have been good but normal days not so

Hope everyone's staying safe (and dry) in this awful UK weather.
Hello 63 reporting - I've met my valentine goal, down to 139.2 lbs!!
I'll be very careful to maintain till next Friday ......

Hi Auriga

#61 here. I don't think I stand a snowball's chance of making anything beginning with a 57 by next week. I need to join the "unless I make drastic changes to my feeding days, which I don't want to, I have to resign myself to maintaining this weight" tent. Is there one? Am going to have a real push Mon to Wed next week though.
Down to 9st 1.5lbs! Had to move the scales around a bit... naughty, I know. I only move them a few inches back and forth but if it shows a low weight, I'll take it!

Either way, I have been feeling a lot skinnier and have been quite strict on myself recently with food. Think today I might go over my TDEE just in case of 'Famine Mode', or something, but I am very very chuffed to see a 9st 1.5lbs on the scales :) If I can keep it around that, then I am right on target for Valentine's and it will also mean I've lost 10lbs since beginning 5:2!
Hmmm not an unqualified success once again, but then Famine Reaction and Winter Malaise have hit me hard.
I am intending a fresh start from Monday (again).
It seems my head and body conspire against my good intentions constantly these days, contrariness abounds. I need a good dose of Steadfastness and Continuity of Perseverence.
  :geek: :?: :sleepy:
Checking in, have been afraid to weigh myself in last few weeks. Between my birthday weekend and late night in work have only managed 1 fast day in the past couple of weeks except this week when I got back to two. Eating had been bad, but I ended up breaking even as was 67.3kg on the scales this morning so could be a lot worse I suppose.
ok goal is going to be a longshot but hope to fit in an extra fast day before final weigh in and I will be very good on my feed days :)
Thanks for posting everyone and well done @Lizbean on meeting your target!
No 24 hiding in the corner. I put 2lbs on last week and 2lbs on this week. I've had too much going on with my health but it is still a bummer to see so much weight going on.

Sorry to hear you're having a hard time with weight loss at the moment @wildmissus.....I hope you'll be feeling better soon.
