I am down 1/2 pound this week. I was hoping for a whole pound. But, at least it's going in the right direction. I am obviously not going to make my goal, but I'll weigh in one more time next Monday for a final reading. I think that I have chosen a better goal for Easter!

Good luck for the next weigh-in @cblasz. :clover:
checking in @ 67.1 kg this morning :)
Stuck around 9st 2lbs at the moment, after a very food-heavy weekend! Scales showed 2.75 today so I doubt I can drop nearly 3lbs with one more fast to go :( No time to exercise this week, either! Aaahhh

Very hard to be good right now, I feel like giving up. But I will try to persevere, no point undoing the progress I have made (considering my starting weight for this challenge).
I seem to be stuck too. Keep bobbing around just above 68kg (my valentine's target is anything under 68kg). May have to do a real good fast on Thursday to see if I can dip below 68. Still hoping...

Please don't give up @BethP....you're quite close and can carry on into the Easter Challenge too. Sometimes we just get a bit stuck for a while: perseverance will produce further loss I promise! It's the progress that really matters and the challenge is there just to get you moving.
I'm 71.1kgs today. Ho hum.

You just have to keep going @Azureblue and I hope you're feeling better today too?

I hope you 'bob' below the 68k too @carorees. It's amazing what you've achieved so far and you're an inspiration to everyone....plateaus are SO annoying!
Aww, thank you @Auriga! Kind words make it easier to face :) I had an unhealthy lunch (chicken burger and curly fries, bliss!) but loads of salad and homemade veggie tart for dinner, so hopefully I'll be okay. I shall persevere at your good words and be proud of myself on friday no matter what!

I shall keep my fingers crossed for you, @carorees! If I'm not allowed to give up then neither are you :) Like Auriga said, you've done amazingly. Slow and steady wins the race!
Haven't done so well in trying to get into the 140s. Newbie enthusiasm to blame. My new goal, to lose a pound a week, is more achievable - I hope! Planning/hoping to be around 144 by Easter. Thanks for the inspiration!
Hi everyone, I doubt if I will make it by Feb14 :frown: Of course, a miracle could happen but probably won't. I just got back home to my scale (couldn't take it in motorhome; it would take up the whole bathroom floor--it's huge) after about 4 weeks out in the desert watching my husband hunt for gold while I picked up pretty rocks. If I had stayed in the desert, I'd probably be okay, but instead I made forays into town (Yuma, Arizona) where there is lots of really good Mexican food. Homemade tamales and flour tortillas cooked over a wood fire and some awesome carne asada, Mmmmm  . Oh well. I'll hit the scale tomorrow morning with one more fast day before the big Valentine's Day Massacre--oops, wrong reference. Anyway, there is still hope.
No. 73 here
Phew, made it: I weighed in at 69.4 kg this morning, just below my 70 kg target.
Good luck to all other challengers!
#48 reporting in after a sneaky midweek weigh 135.6lbs (9st 9.6lbs) at least it is still showing 135 something, but I'm not going to make 133 by Friday.
See you all over on Penny's Easter Challenge
