Number 36 for you @Katiemcax and welcome!
I would like to be 82kg by 14 Feb
Manderley wrote: I am in but with the goal to not gain weight, if I may... And to gain 2 kgs. I am still considered as "underweight" with a 18.38 BMI. Can it count as a goal ?

I weigh 20 stone today.
I will be very disappointed if I am not under 19 stone by Valentines day and I really am aiming to be down to 18 stone if possible!

Number 38 for you @RobMorris and shall I put down 19 stone for your goal for now?
Rhonda wrote: I would like to join in for the Valentine Day Challenge. That is roughly seven weeks from now for me, and I weigh 13 stone 7 (189 lb) so my goal for Valentine Day Challenge will be to weigh 13 stone 0 (182 lb) which I think is achievable, although think I will need to up the exercise to ensure I attain this mini goal. Thank you for considering me.

Welcome @Rhonda, you're number 39 with a goal of 13st.

Hello @Silverdarling member 42, a 5lbs loss for you is your goal then!
Really strange - thought I posted on this a couple of days ago but the post is missing. Ok I failed Xmas miserably due to health issues etc. I weights in at 8st 10.75 lbs today. The goal is 8st 3lbs - little over 1lb a week but I'm cutting carbs and reducing dairy (my devil - just love that goddam cheese). Although I have a week's hols in between

Welcome @jmousey and you're member 43. I have been going through the posts to make sure I haven't forgotten anyone but didn't see your name anywhere. The website has been a bit odd at times over Christmas and some posts got lost in the ether it seems. Added now.
All good thanks Wmr309 not offended at all - you make a valid point, this challenge has given me a kick up the bum that I needed.

I am still feeling highly motivated and very much focused and that can only be a good thing.

Cheers for a Happy New Year

Maggie
Yes please @Auriga 10 st 13 will be my goal. Thanks
