#39 checking in - I've managed to lose 6.4lb/2.9kg this week!  Some of it is from TOTM and I liquid fasted yesterday which also gives a much lower reading. Will weigh again tomorrow morning to see what has changed  This means that technically (for today anyway! ) I have hit my Easter target, the trick will be keeping it off!!!
Hi, no 63 checking in 172.8 this week down 2lbs this week  down 4.4lbs since the start.
Juliana.Rivers wrote: this morning i showed 69.8 on the scales. i love love love that number 69 .. i see it rarely though.

my progress tracker still has me in the 69s for my trend weight though im officially going on my Libra app as its a better indiciation of my true weight imo
so that still says 70.4

im down 2 notches from 70.6 on Feb 1 since i started so thats a good thing.

200g in 3 weeks.. so its onwards and downwards

@Pennyforthemcan you edit my goal weight on post 1 to 69.901 Libra trend weight which is what i meant by saying seeing the 69's. 69.000 is a bit further away.. I wonder what challenge thread we will have then. You have 69 which really means 69.0.

Update for number 25.

since last week im down 100g on my Libra trend weight so im 70.3 ... for me a notch is a notch .. 100g is 1/10th of a kilo

even saw 69 poiint something a few times this last week

so partying this weekend. planning a fancy meal at a Bavarian restaurant .. will get the huge platter full of pork, saurkraut, chips, and lotsa goodies i can't touch today as its fasting friday for me.!!!! :drink:
#35 checking in with a 1.6lb loss since Monday my true weight app is showing 172.9 now
#67 weighing in at 67.7 kg this morning. Feeling satisfied after a mini-plateau a couple of weeks back.
#71 checking in...

A 2 lb loss this week

Since starting 5:2 last October, I've also lost 5.5" from my (previously more than ample) boobs, 6" from my waist, 5" from hips, 4" from thigh and a measly 0.75" from my calf! Hoping that reaching target (and exercising) will remove a little more from my waist...

Wishing you all a good weekend.
Hello,
Number #73 checking in with a 0.9kg loss this week! Fasted 2 consecutive days this week as was going out on one normal fast day, it wasn't too bad though as made a Hairy Biker's paprika chicken stew out of their diet book and it was fab with piles of greens on both fasting nights, best thing I've eaten as a fast day dinner yet. Am trying to make their diet recipes on on non-fast days too.
#64 reporting a whopping 2 lb loss this week, leaving 1.4 lbs until I meet my SMART Easter challenge and 2.4lbs my interim goal of 134 lbs. I'm chuffed. I'm tempted to get out the tape measure, that's been locked away for nine weeks, nah - I'll wait till I reach my interim goal.

A special congrats to all those who have been able to get off their plateau. There seemed to be quite a few folk recently.

Buddy @spannerI'll be back this evening.

Hi Everyone #52 reporting 7th Feb 64.0k 14th Feb 64.5k 21st Feb 64.3k 28 Feb 62.8 TODAY 7th March 62.5 yay. :victory: ]Well done to all still on a downward trend. Good luck to everyone keep trying keep smiling (except me Dentists Today I'm PETRIFIED its gonna hurt -emotionally-physically-and financially  but it's all my own fault letting fear get the better of me :frown:
Hey all, not done a fast this week but I've ended up (without even planning) doing 20:4 most days.

Somehow though I've lost a pound!! I'm on 152.2 but my trend weight based on libra/withings is 153. Still got 8 to go until I meet my Easter target but feeling confident :) xx
Spring is definitely here - great to see so many people stepping off their plateaus! And for once it feels like I might be too...

Scales on Monday were still showing 11st 9, but today 11st 5.4 - which sounds a bit unbelievable but averaging over the last month that's actually 2.6lbs net loss since Feb 7, so about right I think. Feels so good to see a lower number!! :victory:

I'd like to say I'm back on target to get to my Easter goal but that would be tempting fate!
#32 reporting in weekly weigh in... down 2 pounds wohoo :victory:
Lost 6 pounds since starting easter challenge 8 to go :like:
#3 Checking in. I've had a really good week but unfortunately the scales do not agree with me :-( but on the plus side my waist measurement is down to just over 28" :-) so hopefully next week I will see a decent loss.
Down just 0.8 lb this week
Meeting my Easter challenge is looking unlikely but never say never
Hi! #58 reporting another 1lb loss this week, making 4lbs in the 4 weeks of the challenge.

It's been hard, 3 fast days, but I've now given up just about everything that I can think of for Lent, so hopefully the downward trend will continue!

:fat: (what a great icon!)
Wow @madmittens those are impressive stats!

You've done so well in a quite a short space of time, and over Christmas too... respect! :like: :victory:
