Thats great @hazelnut20 very well done!
And dont worry about rabbiting on,not that you did, it was interesting anyways, but i think most of us on here can talk for england..at least if fingers busy typing we cant eat..
Though,thinking about it,yeh i could manage both! x
65kg even on the scales this morning!
Delighted as last week only was able to do one fast day, but 2 down already this week. Might even try a 4:3. Really want to meet my challenge goal!
Absolutely no change at all..still on 55.5k. I think my body is having a weight loss rest. I have however lost 1/2" from my hips. Not much, but it's gone. Gosh it's hard work when you're close to target!
Enjoy your weekend away @PennyForthem.
#29 reporting in. No fasts this week but I haven't gone mad either. Back to 119.5lbs and have been all week.
Oh my, my first gain  that was painful, completing the weigh in data (last week 132.6), this week 134. (still under my Easter goal though)

Buddy@spanner call in the cavalry! Or perhaps I should just get over myself  Ok, next week's goal is to get back to 132.6, so fish and lots of veg on fast days.

Happy weekend, when it arrives.

Lizbeanx
#36 reporting in with a true app reading of 167.1lb so a 1,6lb loss, more than likely help by the fact I can only have had around 200 cals yesterday as not been feeling too good and my throat is killing making it hard to swallow. I am now under my target for the Easter challenge but would like to see this number or less next week to feel i have achieved my target, especially as we are going on a all inclusive holiday over the Easter break so no don't my reading will go up on our return.
#39 back again with...*drum roll please*...exactly the same again  I still want to lose another half a stone or so but I'm not in a rush, quite happy with managing to maintain while having a bad month for eating
#44 reporting in at 133.2 lbs (9st 7.2lbs) that's a 1lb gain since last week. I had a complicated week with no fasting and which included a pizza, so I'm quite satisfied with that number

Congratulations to the losers, commiserations to the gainers and well done to the maintainers.

2 more weeks to meet those targets!
#54 gained a quarter of a pound. I'm blaming the pasty on the late night train home (not the several large glasses of red that led up to it)
Hi @PennyForthem, #8 checking in to report a little drop this week, now registering 11st 4.2lbs - yay!

But... usually the week AFTER a drop I see a couple of pounds gain, so although my goal of 11st 3 is in sight, I may not reach it within 2 weeks ... worth hoping though!

:clover:
#24 checking in with a goal weight of 69.999. wont make this i know but im ok with it

My sudden increase in weight has slowed so feeling more confident. now. last 3 weeks readings shows the pic well
Libra at 70.7 but it was 70.8 earlier in the week due to a few readings over 71.

will try not to ever see 71 again

overall eating a bit too much on fast days. got to break my habit with bread and butter too. oh how i love bread (even crappy plastic bread) with good butter
