Going to boxing circuits this eve - hoping to get through it on my 2pm apple & save most of my calories for afterwards - having some sort of eggs & spinach concoction and 7g of green & blacks chocolate (have it weighed out ready)!
Am considering changing my fast day to Thursday rather than Wednesday - I like Mon / Wed as it feels I get it out of the way, but Thursday is my last work day so I get the Friday feeling 2 days a week rather than 1 and the temptation to indulge that evening is quite high.

It's spreading at work - I think there at least 5 of us in our dept now doing it, and I think I've persuaded another to give it a go!!

yes, I'm in today too. Just had a mug of white miso soup.
Chickpea, apricot and veg tagine for dinner tonight. I'm big into chickpeas at the moment.
Stuck a bit last week and only lost half a pound and we've had a gluttonous weekend to boot!

So far, it's been a lot easier than I ever thought it would be and it really helps that my boyfriend is doing the fast with me! The night before a fast I prepare all of our food for the next day - I weirdly enjoy weighing everything out, which I never thought I would!
I'm a grazer, so last week I just had loads of fresh carrots, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, melon, grapefruit and miso soup for lunches, eating as late in the day as possible, and then either soup or a big salad for dinner followed by a sugar free jelly with some blueberries. Any time I started feeling hungry, I just reached for my bottle of water - it's surprising how much it helps just having a swig of water!
Today I have cucumber, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, half a grapefruit and some melon with me for during the day, but so far I have only had a black coffee and some water... for dinner, I made a spicy carrot and lentil soup last night and can't wait to eat it later! I also have some sugar free jelly with blueberries ready in the fridge too - it's nice to end the day with a treat I find!
My boyfriend and I are going to a concert after work tonight, so I'm not looking forward to saying no to a proper drink, but I'm sure we'll get through it!
