Thanks Minumonline :) I would have been fine on liquids all day if that bread wasn't so good! I looked at the loaf and thought, there is no way I'm getting any of this if I don't grab a slice now ;)

I'm still way under 500 cals, which I am pleased about.
Still going strong on only liquids. I felt very cold at work too. A hot water bottle sounds good! An early night for me looking forward to breakfast.
Preparing dinner at the moment, drinking water and reading some posts to distract me. Thanks for the video link redhead, I'll watch it this evening.
Imcountingufoz, i think that is whats so great about liquid fasting! Even if you end up eating, you still eat a lot less than a normal fast day! :)
I've failed as well. I had made chicken and veg soup for the family, and have been so cold today, and still having a couple of hours before going to karate I cracked and had some myself with some ryvita. Ho hum. Not bad, but not as planned. My next fast day is Friday which is easier as I'm out of the house between 5.30 and 9 so can avoid the whole evening meal event!
Jeese we're all getting it tight today it seems. Even I have a headache which is very unusual for me but it might be because I've been off work and mooching about the house which is also a very unusual state for me! My body seems to be rejecting relaxation!
Yes, I feel rough today. It's 9:30pm here and I've just taken my third lot of panadol for a headache that just won't lift. I'm hoping the next fast will be easier, if not I think I might revert back to my small evening meal.
I've got up from the sofa and done some jobs - mended my sons trousers for school tomorrow, and cleaned up the kitchen after the eldest fried chicken :curse:

I've never broken my fast at work before, due to changing my days round this week, so not quite sure how to do it - I have a long commute of over an hour, so do I eat on the train, or wait till I get to work? Its obsessing me ! I usually eat as soon as I get up post-fast.
I have accidentally eaten 2 teaspoons of bolognaise! Ha, ha! Not quite a liquid fast, perhaps I should've sucked it through a straw! Not really counting it to be fair and decided to go without although I have restless legs and freezing cold too! Snuggled up on sofa with hot water bottle and hoping my restless legs will burn extra calories! Looking forward to early night and breakfast! Keep going all and succumbing to some food is still a win as flexibility is the key!
I have found I am usually up earlier after a 36hr fast and in doing so have time to have a slice of toast before I leave

Nice one IcePrincess. I am about to torture myself with day 28 of the 30 day shred, then wash my hair, and have a decaff coffee before bed.
Failed! Hot toast was just too irresistible today! Maybe liquid fasting is not for me yet. Will bear it in mind as an option if the weight loss stalls but for now, food all the way!
I'm new but I have to jump in on this post! I just want to say I find it so interesting that several of you guys are feeling cold on the liquid fast. That has been one of the major symptoms of my 30-day juice fast- freeeeezing cold all the time! Even if my juice is not particularly cold, I get a chill. Its pretty weird. :)
Hello! I didn't intend to do a liquid only fast but it's 8.40pm and I've only had liquids thus far, so might as well try & continue... I last had food at around 8pm Sunday evening. I am hungry but trying to embrace it! Bit concerned that I may end up with a headache but drinking loads. X
