I'm still way under 500 cals, which I am pleased about.
Feeling better now, and confident I can make it through.
I've never broken my fast at work before, due to changing my days round this week, so not quite sure how to do it - I have a long commute of over an hour, so do I eat on the train, or wait till I get to work? Its obsessing me ! I usually eat as soon as I get up post-fast.
Glad that i've made it so far!
