@nursebean
If someone is searching for one of your products how likely is your chosen name to show up? Just something to think about.

Its ok but its not great but maybe it doesnt need to be that great? Plenty of perfectly mundane unmemorable names on there...its the products that matter really isnt it...and people will search for the product rather than for yr name . Is that what yr point is @Merlin?
Then if they like yr products they will keep you as a favourite ..Is that what yr point is @Merlin?

My point is that it might not show up in a search if there isn't an obvious connection between the name and the product.

Well I liked all those names. Good luck with your business Bean. Those little critters sure are cute.
candy, I don't think wishing for a better quality of life is a bad thing. You can be thankful for what you have and still want to be able to increase your ability to enjoy life.
Well, my brain just turned to mush, so I'm off to make coffee. :-) hugs Phyl

Hi, Candy, I don't think you are capable of ingratitude! I,Too,sometimes remind myself of all that I have to be grateful for. How are you feeling?
Having a bad time of late with brain fog. Don't know if my allergies are making it worse or what, but my head feels like it's full of concrete.
Beany, how's it going? Hope things are going smoothly.

Sending you both a big hug. Phyl

hi all! Phew isn't it hot today!

I don't know where I got the energy from but I managed to package loads of books last night in readiness for sending off today. I've made a little bit of money but not a huge amount :( As for my shop, I'm definitely going for MovieBox Pops. I feel it covers everything film, tv and popular or Funko Pops...take your pick! I've ordered loads of Funko Pops and have had to deal with an American company. They just tried to phone me but we got cut off. Trouble is, I don't want to ring them back because I haven't got a clue of the cost of the phone call...it could be astronomical! I'll wait for an email ;)

So how's everyone doing today?

Having a horrid fast day..feel very weak and as if my heart is having palpitations, plus lips and tongue feel numb :0( think i need to go to bed!

Candy, are you on a diuretic or anything like that? If you don't feel better really soon, go to emergency! Please.
Beany, I like the name! Aren't you and Candy smart?!! Hope your communication with the company gets easier. It's pretty warm here today. Heat just drains me, and now of us has energy to dedicate to heat.
Love to you both. Phyllis

Yes it was me! I find this often happens on fast days. When following Weight watchers I was told it was my blood sugar levels and I should never go more than two hours without eating something! That is why I never learned to control what I eat, always saying it was my blood sugar levels so I had to eat! I know it takes time for the body to sort it all out especially when I overeat on feast days.

Hopy you're feeling better today Candy @Candicemarie Are you going to the doc's?

Bob? Do you feel lightheaded and weak on a fast day or the day after?I know Caroline said something about avoiding bread the morning after a fast because of the effects on blood sugar. Do you notice a difference if you don't fast?

Thanks Phyllis. Got everything sorted yesterday and now I have to wait a week for my order to arrive. All 500+ Funkos! Blimey, don't know where I'm going to put them all

Wishing you all a strong day with lots of energy and vitality

Bean

Candy, the reason I asked about diuretics is that sometimes they can lower your potassium levels too much. It can happen even when you are on them for a while. I had what I though was just another episode of my PSVT only it lasted for a week, and I was getting worse. Went to doc, discovered after I got the exciting ride to hosp. In ambulance that my potassium were at life threatening levels. Now I take a potassium supplement along with my diuretic.
I said all that to say, if you aren't MUCH better today go to the doctor NOW. Just in case. Hugs.
Beany, oh goodie, a house full of toys!! What more could a girl want?LOL. Good luck ,my friend.
Hi, bobs house, oh I got stuck in the you must eat breakfast etc rut. Gained weight doing what I was supposed to do. Although, if you are someone that deals with fluctuating blood sugars it's probably a good thing. Aren't we all glad we found fasting?
Wishing you all a great (and feeling better) day. Phyl

Thanks for that@MountainMyst x
Sorry to hear of that horrible experience!
Ive just had some blood tests and potassium was ok,tho once in the past, they called me back to the surgery coz my potassium was very low.
Its one of those things that has to be just right isnt it

My sister once had a heart attack..incredibly,she was IN an ambulance at the time! Escorting my Dad to an outpatient appt...being in that ambulance saved her life...her potassium was so low...interestingly,the first thing she asked for was a banana! Her body knew bananas would give her the much needed potassium. X
