Thank you, @Lizbean :) What is so intriguing in my method? I call it survival mode rather than method... I would like to do much better that this.

Very difficult weekend at work, we hosted an event for our customers, lots of sweets everywhere, so I decided to dive in and enjoy.

On Sunday I managed 15 km walk, because we left work earlier than I expected.
