Today's weight: 93 kg
Week is a day shorter, because I had to switch Friday and Saturday and I weigh myself after a fast day. I'm bloated because of TOM.

And today, 10.10. turned out to be a free day. We had a celebration in our gym. I had a lot of food, a cake and a glass of wine. At least it definitely cured the cravings :D
But I took long walk, 5 km, 1 and half hour, through the old city and parks, lovely autumn weather.

Allright, Sunday is the beginning of new week.

Oh, let's not talk about it. I will be very busy to compensate the weekend's abundance of calories this week.
