oh no dee @justdee

I need to be accountable too. have read through pernelles post @hazelnut20 & will do better tomorrow & over the weekend. promise :like:

had chips for dinner yesterday & have just been treated to breakfast by hubby with the kids. yummy. was quite good. 2 fried eggs, scrambled egg, baked beans & 2 bits of toast. had the toast but avoided the hash browns & the fried bread & the vegetarian sausages too. havent totalled it up on mfp but guessing about 800 calories-ish. damm. was gonna be good today :( I feel so full I probably wont eat anything other than this today now apart from maybe some yogurt later on, so hopefully it wont be too damaging. planning a long walk to shopping centre as still have no car & may even get out to do a jog later on.

dee, lets saddle up & get back on that horse. only another couple of weeks to go. if we do a countdown on days/sleeps ;) maybe that will help??

have a lovely day ladies. shelley xx

@candicemarie nope, not a milkman, Im an online shopper. I start at 4am til 8am & do the grocery shopping for the local deliveries for a supermarket. absolutely love my job apart from getting up at stupid-o'clock :) best thing is though Im done by 8am & have all day to do what I want with :like: think I might try to aim for a bit more fat in my diet too. might help me & dee xx
Oh @johns i like the sound of yr job!
Btw having more full fat really helped me the other day without adding too many cals n carbs
Excited coz having strawbs n cream tonight instaed of the usual yoghurt!
Had my boobs measured today for a new bra --- they are exactly the same size they were when I was at my biggest weight!! Sob!
Still, I'm now nearly 3 stone lighter so maybe the boobs will start going when there's nothing left!!
Are we struggling a bit peeps?! Come on, keep on that horse now! Clippety Clop! Have a couple of squares of dark chocolate to hand - and all will be well!
Bean

I'm in the zone so get tuit ladies or the wet fish will need to come out. I left my lunch in the fridge today so had to manage on two squares of 90% choc which was in my desk draw as emergency rations. I'm in deep ketosis but it is giving me slight palpitations but it typically passes. @nursebean I had not realised you had lost so much. Fantastic!
Hello fellow BSDers!
Well i happily can report.its day 23 for me, and ive now lost a stone and a half,21 lbs, almost a pound a day!
Woohoo feeling good! X
Candy?!!!!!!! That is AWESOME!! You must be dancing cartwheels now! I tried to put some Green Smilies on but something weird has happened to them so I can't do it now!
I myself have lost 2 and a half pounds this week. Its really shaking up my weight loss now and getting things going. In about 6 weeks I've lost 10 pounds - so I am mega pleased!
Well done Karen @Rawkaren for getting back into the swing of things. What particular brand of dark chocolate do you use? I have just finished Green & Black's which was good but I think my overall favourite is Lindt! Yum yum!
Having a day off today but I'll be back in that saddle tomorrow - woohoo! Ride em Cowboy!! :jump: :star: :star: :star: :-D :-D :-D    :star: :star: :star:
You all are doing so well!!! I am thrilled for you!!
Remember everyone has a bad day once in a while, just means you start fresh in the morning. I have found it much easier to control cravings and such when eating no grains, higher fat. Oh, and a square of chocolate most days for a treat. :-)
Hang on to those horses gang, you can do this. Phyl
Youre so right Phyl @MountainMyst..the less bread etc you have the less you want it. Someone described a sandwich as ingredients between two slices of starch..which made it sound even less appealing.
I feel as if starchy stuff is cardboardy now..but the things i' m eating are juicy and luscious!
Very well done to our Bean @nursebean! And to @rawkaren for being in ketosis. X
Wheres the rest of our gang? How are you all? X
Hi Candy, I know, it is amazing how much better I feel not eating those heavy things. We really enjoy hamburgers wrapped in lettuce, BLT's with just that and huge salads. Especially in the summer. I made a pot roast last night and had all the trimmings, including mashed potatoes, big mistake!! I felt stuffed and heavy and didn't sleep well. I reminded myself why I don't eat a lot of starches anymore. :-) I find that eating lighter has really improved my sleep also.
You are all doing so well, I look forward to seeing everyone's results. Wishing everyone a great day. Phyl
Wow, you're all doing so well, especially @CandiceMarie and @Nursebean!

I'm hanging in there. I've relaxed a little, since I reached my stretch goal before my trip. I keep telling myself that I have three more weeks where I could lose well, but I've been limping along with smaller losses and more wine ;-) I've reached a new low of 200.8. So close to falling into the 1's!

So great to read this thread and remind myself to stay away from the carbs and sugar. I think I'll behave today, at least until dinner when I have a modest serving carbs planned.
Everyone is doing so brilliantly. I have just completed 10 days and today I did some HiiT on the exercise bike which was brutal. @nursebean. I have 90% Lindt as it has a very low sugar content yet palatable.
Ok, something quite miraculous has happened today - quite amazing in fact. I give myself Friday's off (have done for a while!) and today I realised that my usual Cadburys chocolates? ... are just not enjoyable any more. In fact, the whole day off thing was awful today. I didn't enjoy it one bit. ,it's made me feel fat and just plain yucky. From now on I will NOT have days off - and I'll stick to dark chocolate - and full fat yog if I find myself needing something sweet. I never thought I'd see this day - but here it is!

I'm such a HAPPY BEAN
Today was 870 cals and 28 carbs, that's a day done. Thanks for the support BSD-ers, I knew I could count on you guys for a wise word or two and a little push in the right direction  . I know I have to do a few days with no naughty carbs before I'll be fully back in the zone. Remembering that after the first few days of quitting the carbs it gets really quite easy. I just need to get through the first few days,,,, anyway one proper BSD day done today (a tiny bit over, but we won't worry about that), day 2 tomorrow, then it gets easier.

That's great @nursebean, ya godda love this WOE. I love how things just aren't as enjoyable, amazing really isn't it? Well done on another 2.5lbs gone :victory: . You got this
@CandicemarieWell done on your loss :victory: . 21lbs, that's amazing. I think we've got another hazel on our hands here. You go girl. Candy I also had the thing were carby food was like cardboard, believe me, you can retrain yourself to enjoy it again, as I have found out over the last few weeks. Still can't eat pasta though and I still (easily) eat a lot less carbs without trying (probably why I haven't put any weight back on).
Well done @rawkaren, so pleased you're in the zone. Lets keep this going
How are you doing Shelley @johns? Hope all is good
((waves)) Hi Pernelle @hazelnut20 how is your week going? hope you're not working too hard.
