Weight 7 April: 70.9kg
Weight 5 May: 68.6kg
= loss of 2.3kg

Waist 7 April and also on 5 May = 88cm (!)

Fat% 7 April: 37.3%
Fat% 5 May 34.5%
= loss of 2.8 percentage points.

Looking at this loss since last month is great as I can see a downward movement. During April I have had some even better results which took me into the "normal / healthy" BMI range which I was thrilled about. Weekly comparison is therefore a bit disappointing (as this current BMI is overweight) but monthly is encouraging. So glad I only did fortnightly weighs at the start.

I did start to see a smaller waist measurement last week but now I am back to 88cm.

Thanks for all your support everyone - have learnt a lot too.
Hello, this is my first weigh in so I can't make any comment on progress until next month.

At the moment my weight is 12 stone 4 pounds (172lbs), sorry I don't do kilos, and my waist is 29.5 inches. I don't know how to do body fat measurements but I am 5 feet 8 inches tall and so that makes my BMI 26.15. I am looking forward to reducing my BMI and having a healthy weight.
April 6 weight: 98.66 kg
waist 110.5 cm

May 4 weight: 97.61 kg
waist: 108.5

weight decrease 1.05 kg, waist 2 cm

Essentially I did 6:1 in April because of a very busy month. Glad not to gain.
So April wasn't a great month for me, but that's fine as I know the reasons why.

April 5th
Weight 86.5kg
Waist 88cm

May 3rd
Weight 85.8kg
Waist 87cm

Only 0.7kg and 1cm lost, but that's because we were away at the start of the month and I gained 1.5kg and then had to lose it again, so that lost me at least two weeks out of the month

My starting weight in Jan was 94.5kg and 97cm waist, so overall there is still progress and I expect May to be back to a steady .5kg per week loss.
Height 162.6 cm
Weight 4/6 69.85 kg 5/6 68.04 kg Lost 1.81 kg
Waist 4/6 81.28 cm 5/6 76.2 cm Lost 5.08 cm

Busy month, out of town 7 days + 4 days
Doing 5:2 with varying fast days according to schedule

Age: 64 (65 in a few weeks)
7th April weight 71.21 kg
5th May weight 68.95 kg
Loss: 2.26 kg (which I think equates to 5lbs which is what I usually measure in!!)
Waist down 1 inch from 30" to 29" (sorry not converted to metric!)

Had biggest meal since started 5:2 on Thursday and had to miss two exercise classes due to other commitments so have been trying to make up for this over last couple of days by cutting back on calories though not actually doing full "fast" did still lose 1 lb this week. Fasting tomorrow even though off work due to Bank Holiday !!
Well done everyone, looks like lots of losses again in pounds and inches (or kilos and centimetres!!) :like:
Height: 5 foot 4 inches
weight 61kg
no recent weight loss still doing 5:2 (32 weeks later)
fat loss possible but don't have scales to measure
Weight: 6/4 = 88.22kg, 4/5 = 85.59kg
Weight Lost = 2.63kg

Waist: 6/4 = 42", 4/5 = 40"
Waist Lost = 2" (5.08cm)

Still doing 4:3
Weight on 6 Apr was 65kg
Weight on 6 May is 64.5kg
Loss of 0.5kg.

Waist 6/4 was 75cm
Waist 6/5 is 73cm
Loss of 2cm

Started 5:2 on 6 Feb, over three months I have lost 9.5 cm from my waist and 3.5kg in weight. In this last month (while the scales have not shown much) I have dropped a dress size from 14 to 12. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am about that! :grin: :grin: :grin: also, as an aside I am at the top of my weekly weight cycle so I am not worried about the small numbers.

It looks like this week I shall be going through my wardrobe and donating/tossing all my clothes that are too big. What a happy chore :smile:
First time contributing to this but weighed on 9th April so will take that as my start:

Weight on 9th April: 11 stone 8lb
Weight on 4th May: 11 stone 7lb
Height: 5 foot 5 inches

Waist on 9th April: 34 inches
Waist on 4th May: 33.5 inches

I have lost round hips and boob area too though not measured.

I started about 34 weeks ago but not religiously followed - lost about 0.4lb per week and at least 5 inches off the waist but I did not measure when I started.
Weight May 6th 2013 = 79.8kg
Weight April 8th 2013 = 80.6kg
Loss = 0.8kg

Waist May 6th 2013 = 83cm
Waist April 8th 2013 = 88cm
Loss = 5cm

Sorry, I can't measure body-fat %.

Starting weight November 2012 was 92.4kg, unfortunately waist wasn't measured.

Due to a back problem I haven't been exercising much this past month.
Here are mine as of Friday 3 May:

Start weight 19 Jan 2013 = 90.25kg

Weight 6 April 2013 = 82.10kg

Weight as of friday 3 May = 79.83kg

Month's loss = 2.27kg

Goal = 70kg.

I've also lot another pound over the weekend, but that won't be recorded until this week's weigh in on Friday.

Did measure my waist when I first started, but somebody's run away with my tape measure! Lost a few centimetres, though!
1st monthly a weigh-in think I was quite bloated when I first measured myself!!

Weight:
9th April: 63.5kg
6th May: 60.8kg
Loss: - 2.7kg

Waist:
9th April: 81 cm
6th May: 74 cm
Loss: -7 cm

I have to say my body shape has changed my thighs are slimmer and arms look more toned, I'm doing exactly same exercise as before starting. My OH mentioned my tummy looks flatter. Yay my Boobs have stayed the same when weight usually goes from there first!
April 6 Weight: 64.86kg
Waist: 83.82cm

May 6 Weight: 64.86kg
Waist: 83.82cm!
No change for me then, but my clothes do seem to fit better.
I started on April 11th, so

Weight
April 11: 73,9 kg
May 6: 71,2 kg
Loss = - 2,7 kg

Waist:
April 11: 88 cm
May 6: 81 cm
Loss = - 7 cm

Body fat:
April 11: 39,3%
May 6: 35,2%
Loss = - 4,1%

Thanks Carorees for all your efforts! :)
