I started 5:2 on 4 March. My weight was 105.9 kg. My target, for the time being, is 79 kg.

On 6 April 2013 my weight was 102.78 kg and waist measured 104 cm

On 5 May 2013 my weight was 100.33 kg and waist measure 101.6 cm.

So in that month, I have lost 2.45 kg and 2.4 cm.
I have had a bad month this month. All went pear shaped when I had 4 days hols. Had to shange fasting days to fit in and missed a weeks weigh in. Then I found it very difficult to get back into fasting and prob went over 500 cal hence gain. Hope this month better.
april 205.1
May 6th 209
Weight 6/5/13 66.11
Weight 6/4/13. 68.95
Loss - 2.84 kg
Weight 74.9kg
Waist 72.5cm

Both are unchanged from last month but body fat now 45% which is 0.9% down on last month.

Not too worried about staying the same given that body fat is slightly down as my joints and muscles are really painful and stiff. My energy levels went up after a long fibro flare so I rather over did it with the cleaning and gardening! I know, I should know better! Hopefully when the soreness dies down I will have shifted even more fat!
2nd go as when my post was submitted I was told another message had been posted and I might want to change my post, I was then shown the message and my submitted post disappeared into the ether. Shouldn't there be a warning that your post has to be submitted again?

April 6th
Weight=72.39 Kg
Waist=93.98cm
Fat=23.9%

May 4th
Weight=71.30Kg
Waist=93.98cm
Fat=23.2%

Difference is
Weight -1.09Kg
Waist 0
Fat -0.7%
After exactly 1 month of 5:2 I have lost:

8 lbs.

2 1/2 inches from my waistline.

Another happy camper.
If you are still wanting people to do the questionnaire, I'm happy to help.
April 6th = 167lbs
May 6th = 164lbs
Started 28 January
Weight 78.9kg
Waist 88.9cm

8 April
Weight 75.1kg
Waist 81.3cm

5 May
Weight 70.8kg
Waist 79.5cm

Loss in four weeks
Weight 4.3kg
Waist 1.8cm

I'm really happy with my progress. I had not lost any weight in March which was disappointing but from the beginning of April I have been monitoring my calories on feeding days and this has really helped, but it still feels like any easy way of dieting.
91.85kg on 3rd April
91.85kg on 5th May

Unfortunately weight unchanged now having put back on the 2lbs that I had lost in the first two weeks in April. My first weight gain since starting 5:2ing :frown:
Starting weight 94.9kg on 29/04
Current weight 91.3kg on 6/05
Loss of 3.6kg.
Primary target 70kg
Weight 76.20kg waist 95.25cm on 6th April

Weight 76.66kg. Waist 94cm on 6th May.

Afraid I've let the side down this month by showing a gain, just come back from a week eating shortbread & tablet at my Mums! Had my usual slow loss of 0.5lb other weeks honest!
