fasting Kay  :clover: :like:
@Doodlepuppet i was quite a frumpy Mum of the bride two yrs ago..it was a wonderful day and i looked ok,but i wish i'd lost more weight..i'd have felt much better..and those wedding pics are around forever..so take my advice and lose the weight..you will be sooo glad on the day! X
Hi @cblasz, bit late, but if not too late, I'd like to join please. I'm going to aim for a 10lb loss from my last weigh in. I shall try to achieve this by exercising in the morning at least 4 times a week and going for a walk on my lunch break at least 3 times per week. And also cutting down on naughtiness on week days.
Many thanks and good luck everyone
Hi there. I'd like to join too please. Aiming for 14lbs and cutting carbs, add and cycling more.

Good luck one and all.

Alex x x :)
DoodlePuppet wrote: Hi can I join too? My son gets married in October and I would like to not look like a frumpy mother of the groom! Had a rough few months lately , lots of changes at home, family funerals and lots of family emotions and as an emotional eater I gain back some of the weight I had knocked off! However enough of the doom and gloom - I'm back on the horse and intend to make it gallop! Please put me down for 14lbs !

Hello DoodlePuppet my son is also getting married but in early September so I am also hoping to lose 14 lbs. I'm sure we can do it by just taking it one week at a time  I am 4:3ing & also trying to eat fewer carbs so best foot forward for this next week.

4 more challengers! Welcome and Good luck!
Thank you I am now officially number 41
Can I join? My last few fasts have been failures because I had too much on my plate (pain, painkillers, surgery etc). I am aiming for a total of 10lb lost, this may not seem much but I am away on a 3, possibly 4 week holiday during this time. Plus my daughter is back for three weeks too (she lives in Dubai) so i will expect to be relaxing with her as well.I am going to try and get back into liquid only fasting 3 times a week, plus drop my wheat based carbs (I am intolerant to gluten anyway so dropping it will be better for my health all round).

My other goal is to drop another trouser size. That would be dropping from a size 26 UK (starting size) to a snug size 18 UK.
I hope you are fully recovered from your surgery Julie & feeling well!
You're in Julie - #45! And 10 lbs. is a very reasonable goal!
Very well recovered, thank you. The change has been amazing, especially once I got off all the painkillers and nerve supressants. Its amazing how much you acclimatise to pain and when its gone everything changes especially your mood.
You have been amazing @julieathome wonderful to hear your news and all the best with getting to your next goal
I do not appear on the official list yet, but am posting to ask about how you want the weights to be posted. I weigh daily which creates some pretty significant swings. (ie. My Monday morning start weight was 255 and this morning after my fast day I am 251.6) do you want a weekly low? I have not done a challenge before so I am not sure about how all the details work.
OK.. finally decided @cblasz. Probably too ambitious since I failed the Solstice challenge but my goal is to lose 10 lb. which will bring me to my ultimate goal and will be a month after my Fastiversary.
I plan to get started with Mimi Spencer's Fast Beach Diet which just came out in North America last week. Hopefully with the addition of the HIT exercise and closer look at mindful eating, I will start to lose again.
So count me in :like: :victory:
Hi everybody

Sorry @cblasz I forgot - I would like to say good bye to 3kg. So far I am doing ok except definitely struggling with exercise, I can't seem to get moving when it's so cold at the moment.

cheers
Maggie
