Not too good for a month but I was away and am not sure of the scales for the start weight. At least it is in the right direction and the lowest I have been for a good few years.

145 down to 142.5 so 2.5 pound loss
32 inches to 31.5 waist so .5 of an inch
38 to 36 percentage body fat so 2 percent

I have struggled with my weight since my thirties, swinging from one diet to another: Weightwatchers, Slimming World, the Cabbage diet, I tied them all. After a series of operations in my fifties, I shot up to 15 stone 3lbs (213lbs) and, in 2011, I successfully dropped 2 stones, only to put a stone ...

April 21 145.8
June 20 140.8

So that's 5 lbs, though this was the day after a fast, so I'll be up a bit tomorrow. Libra's trend has dropped 4.4 lbs. All below my goal set in late February, and I'm still up for more, which is the most surprising thing.

I'll be taking a week off for our vacation, so I'll aim to lose the last 3 lbs that will get me to my goal at 143 lbs. But I'll be happy to see anything lower than today's 145.8.

Hi, I am a 62 year old patiently trying to find a way to decrease my BMI. Athletic endeavors tend to leave me with some minor injury that gets in the way of continuing them. Therefore I only do light activity now. My weight always creeps up to 165 when left to my own devices. I can usually diet down...

I did see great progress in the f...

Just got back from a first attempt at intervals on my road bike, on the road. Wore my heart monitor strap which is usually rubbish for running but it worked OK on the bike. Warmed up for just over a mile, at which time my pulse was still under 120, then pedalled hard for a count of 30-ish seconds, p...

Go with what feels good and where you are healthy in all aspects. When I was in my 20s I weighed in the 1teens-20s at 5 ft 8 in. - very thin, but I was healthy! I originally wanted to get to 135 (weight in my 30s), but I am small boned and losing height, so I also need to think of my bone health now...

Stayed the same this week, which I am happy with.

3 fasts to Xmas, and 1.6lbs to go, tight but achievable.

Still feeling great.
