I do have to say that when I exercise, do yoga, eat better, meditate, sing, dance, get crafty etc. Those are definitely things that improve my mood and my life. I only have the first book so far (Christmas is coming though)my favourites are Spanish Chicken, the Roast Fish in parma ham, and the Bulgar Wheat salad. All of which have been used a lot with various tweaks and modifications.

I thought it was a bit sluggish yesterday and had reports of a few database errors from people trying to sign up. Contacted our host and they were doing some tweaks yesterday which should have fixed the registration issues, but not sure if they resolved the sluggishness yet >.<;; Will chase up on it!
