Sounds delicious but seems like a lot of calories per serving? Is this calculated using tuna packed in oil or water?

I did a quick calculation using tuna packed in water and not considering the oil to fry it up, I came up with not more than 145 cals per serving.

Wahoo!!! I made it! Just went below my goal! I am SOOOO happy! A little about myself. I was one of those kids that never seemed to gain weight. Even in my mid-20s, I weighed 113 at 5’8” – very slender. Then my metabolism gradually changed. I never went on a “diet”, but I would try to cut out the bad...

Starting weight Feb 28 was 180 lbs
Weight on July 5 was 147 lbs
Weight on Aug 3 was 145 lbs

I have reached my goal weight and am now just trying to maintain. That is harder for me to do than losing the weight.

I think the point might better be stated that if you exercise, it can alter your shape and sometimes more is less. Eg, better to be 155 lbs and look toned than be 145 lbs and still flabby but it's all individual. Google "skinny fat". Without a person looking in a mirror, no-one can say wha...

Hello Everyone! I watched Dr. Mosley's documentary last year and bought his book earlier this year. I have lost 40 lbs through exercise and eating less, but I have reached a standstill. I did some fasting last year and not suprisingly that's how I accomplished most of my weight loss. Anyway, some ba...

Funny you should say that coz I'm fasting today and went for the tuna ones today (145 cals) - perfect for lunch. Delicious and surprisingly filling on a fast day. The beef salad bites are lovely too but slightly higher cals at 185 I think. Thank goodness for M&S!!
