I think my weight's being influenced by the form of physiotherapy I'm working with at present, so - bear in mind that my weight drifted up to the top of my range for a horrible 2 weeks in February then started adjusting down again, without further intervention. March 1: 107.8lbs March 31: 101.8lbs A...

I think my weight's being influenced by the form of physiotherapy I'm working with at present, so... March 1: 107.8lbs March 31: 101.8lbs My current weight is below my preferred maintenance range of 105-110lbs but I'm fairly sure it's fluid shifts that will correct themselves and I'd rather continue...

Wishing you lots of luck jay52 . I agree with comments above. Break it into chunks and try and lose half a stone at a time or something like that. Don't just look at 50lb and think it's a mountain to climb. Focus on the end result and picture yourself how you'll be then, how much better you'll feel ...

I could give you 101 excuses as to why I stopped fasting or any form of diet, But what's the point.....I need to lose weight, I need to feel healthier and in my heart I know this is right for me. It's such a mammoth task though and it frightens me. 50 lb is what I need to lose and that seems impossi...
